They did a fantastic job with our exterior woodwork on our house. I’m very happy with it. We had them sand our front door and re-stain it to its original dark color. We also had them power wash and re-stain our shutters and front cedar columns to the same dark color. They matched the original color perfectly. They were also dependable, professional and and communicated well. Had a great experience and will use them again.

If you are in need of a company that still understands how to deliver great customer service as well as being able to do a great job, Rainbow Painting is the company for you.

For approximately six weeks, I had an agreement with NWA Hogs to paint my new house before I moved in. Five days before they were to begin, on 4 December, they cancelled on me. My realtor and I called every painter for whom we could get a recommendation, and most of them said no on the phone. Mr. Martinez, with Rainbow Painting, said yes. He was at the house at 8:30 on 7 December. He was clear about what could and could not be done in the time I had available, and he wasn't bothered by some rooms having as many as three colors in them, and he had a proposal to me that afternoon. Even though it was after normal business hours, he responded to my emails, and we had an agreement that night: his crew was to start the next day and would be finished on 19 December, one day before I moved.

Not only was Rainbow Painting able to start the next day, they agreed to paint specific rooms first so my flooring could be installed before moving in. On 15 December, Mr. Martinez emailed me that the job would be finished the next day, a Saturday---three days before he had committed to being finished.

I visited the house Saturday night, and I was taken aback by how much their painting had transformed the place. The stress of losing my painter and trying to coordinate all of the renovation jobs that I wanted completed before moving in had taken most of the excitement out of moving, but it all came back that night as I walked around and saw just how beautiful they had made it--because it was no longer just a house I bought, they made it look like a place I could call home.
