I had a bathroom leak right before Christmas and was told that I might need to replace some subfloor. I was looking for a contractor who could help me with any insurance claims if needed while also deciding to renovate the bathroom in the process.

Many companies reached out to me, but most were just receptionists who hadn’t even read my messages before contacting me. I had to ask them to answer my questions first, and a couple of companies turned out to be unable to help me. This wasn’t the case with Sultan. He actually took the time to review my situation, sent me pictures of similar projects, and even shared some inspiration for the type of work that could be done for my small bathroom renovation.

He gave me a fair quote and was available every step of the way. Throughout the project, he was great at providing updates on the construction schedule, which I really appreciated. His guy, Oscar, was super nice, kept the workspace clean, and did an amazing job with the tile!

There were a few minor issues here and there, but Sultan addressed them quickly and was very understanding and accommodating. In the end, I’m really happy with how everything turned out! The bathroom looks fantastic, and the whole process was much smoother than I expected. I truly appreciated Sultan’s responsiveness, transparency, and professionalism, as well as Oscar’s craftsmanship.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Sultan and his team to anyone looking for a reliable contractor!
