Thank you for your reply. I understand that 1 star might have seemed harsh, but it was intended to get a response and open a dialogue to see if there was any way to expedite the process. I appreciate all the effort the school is putting in to place students in externship sites as quickly as possible. My husband and I are eager for him to complete his externship and start working as soon as possible, especially since we have a newborn and are trying to balance everything.

I do want to commend the staff and the school’s efforts—everyone has been great to work with, and we appreciate the hard work that goes into coordinating these placements. If there’s any additional information we can provide or any other steps we can take on our end to potentially speed up the process, please let us know.

My husband did his phlebotomy here back in June and now we are in oct & they still haven’t given him placement for externship. He was ok with it since he has a job but he called them for placement and then physically went up there two weeks ago. They told him they needed his immunization record which he provided right away. They told him they will have something for him in two weeks. Now we are on 3 weeks and they still don’t have anything. How is it they charge people for a service they don’t provide? We have a baby and my husband needs to get this done. So he can switch job but this place is adding extra stress by delaying placement.

I am extremely thankful to Professor Chris for being an amazing mentor, he really brought the class to life. Louie the Phlebotomy instructor was amazing engaging and knowledgable. Ira the EKG instructor was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Overall an amazing experience very happy.

I'm a March 2024 phlebotomy class and just have my CPT license approved today. I was able to finish the course and my clinical training within a month. Submitted everything and waited another 2 weeks for my CPT license. Everything is transparent, no hidden fees. I was short on time that before signing up for the course, I requested to have my clinical training right after class end. Mr. Lee didn't disappoint me. During the 2-week class, he always followed up with me to make sure I have all the documents ready for the externship. Louie, the instructor, is the best instructor I've ever had. Highly highly recommend this place!!

My experience with this school has been horrible. I originally had my CNA interview on June 28th, I get to the school & they call me 20 mins before my appt saying it was canceled. They didn’t have another interview date for me so they said they would call back. I didn’t hear anything after 3 days so I called and got a new interview set for August 8th. I then get a call yesterday, July 16th saying my interview was changed again & it would be two days from then. I let them know I couldn’t due to work & I then got told my application was just going to be canceled even though I had done my part, the school was the one that kept canceling/changing dates. Just very unprofessional all around so do better.

The entire staff were really personable, supportive and accommodating. They were very accessible by email and more than willing to help you through the entire process; enrollment to completing all your documents for submission to the state. ( Thanks Abby & Raphael !!) You definitely feel the warmth and friendliness.

The instructors were knowledgeable and professional. They communicate well with the students and are very thorough in teaching. The class itself was very hands on... we performed punctures on the first day! The instructors were also encouraging and very good at giving constructive criticism. ( Thanks Louie!! )

I had an opportunity to do my externship at the hospital. It has been the most rewarding and insightful experience.

Phlebotomy was definitely a fast-paced program. You just have to be disciplined for the schedule and the amount of work coming your way in order to succeed.

I want to thank everybody at Regan Career Institute for giving me the amazing experience. It's my baby step into the Medical field 🙂

I love this place so much! The instructors are nice and helpful. They are always patient to explain everything in detail. Some of my classmates got their licenses within one month. That was super cool~! I am strongly recommended someone who want to get their phlebotomy license as soon as possible go to Regan Career Institute. Because you would get a good training and go to a good externship site to practice your skills. Do not be hesitated anymore!

Regan Career Institute is fantastic. They have multiple Career choices with Phenomenal staff. I chose the Phlebotomy program and I enjoyed every second of it. The instructors are Very Knowledgeable and give you great information in the lectures, and make you feel safe during the hands on Training we received. I'm happy I chose Regan and I'm proud I completed the Course. I recommend Regan Career Institute to everyone.

I can't say enough good things about RCI. They have extremely knowledgeable instructors and staff. In addition to this, they are one of the only accredited phlebotomy schools in the area. I was able to successfully complete their program and able to gain my licensure in as little as two months! If you are considering getting your phlebotomy license, I cannot recommend RCI enough. Thank you so much to all of the staff for helping me accomplish my goal of becoming a CPT-1!
