Disastrous Service and Complete Negligence at Regus Encino Corporate Center

My experience with Regus Encino Corporate Center has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would caution anyone considering using their services—especially for critical business purposes.

Since May 2022, I’ve been using this address for my company, Green Life Media, Inc., specifically for essential business communications, including with the Secretary of State. While I maintain another address for general mail, the Encino location was reserved for time-sensitive and legal documents. However, in over two years, I never received any mail— not even junk mail—at this location, despite assurances from the staff that everything was functioning as it should.

The breaking point came in July 2024, when a crucial piece of mail from Wells Fargo was sent to this address, and I never received it. The outcome? My business operational banking accounts and credit cards were blocked or terminated entirely, causing massive disruption to my operations. And, ironically, the payment method I use to pay for Regus’ “services”—a Wells Fargo Mastercard—was one of the accounts affected.

What’s worse is the indifference I encountered each time I raised concerns with Regus’ staff about missing mail. I was dismissed, reassured that “everything was set up properly,” only to learn later the magnitude of their negligence. Their escalation process is a complete joke, as I never received any meaningful response, only repeated attempts to charge my blocked credit card for services they failed to provide.

This is more than just poor service—this is gross incompetence that has caused significant harm to my business. I urge anyone considering Regus as a solution to think twice. Their inability to manage something as basic as collecting and delivering mail is a serious liability, for which they will take no responsibility.
