Amazing staff on site! Sarahn the manager, is incredible, very helpful and knowledgeable about all things Regus. The space quiet and clean; it's is great for working, networking and in a prime location! I spent many breaks enjoying walks in the park and exploring the neighborhood!

I have never rented office space at Regus Folsom personally, but I have utilized the services of a CPA who rents space at this location in Folsom for well over ten years. Overall it is a nice building, the receptionists at the front desk are helpful and courteous. The common areas are nice and well maintained. Over the years I've had the opportunity to have meetings with my CPA in several different office spaces. There seems to be a variety of square footage spaces available, depending on square footage needs. I can't speak to the rental rate, or overall value, but having my CPA utilizing this location for so long does speak well for it.

Place is great if you don't need working Internet and if you like them to make adjustments on the fly, even with a signed contract in place, oh yeah let's not forget about the retainer increases all the time. Otherwise it is gold.

I've been using Regus-Folsom for several years. While the staff has changed over the years, Regus does an excellent job of hiring and training their staff. They are welcoming, knowledgable and efficient. I can't recommend Regus enough for their professional environment, services, staff and value.

I tried contacting Regus to ask about an office for a day. I held on their 800 number for over 10 minutes, then dealt with the rudest employee who kept talking over me to say everything I needed to know was online. And that their number only deals with monthly rentals. I explained I was on their website and the information I needed was not there, could I reach someone locally at that location. He again said no and was so rude I assured him I would take the time to leave a negative review and never seek their service again, since they are clearly so put out by their customers.
