I love Renewal Studios. I used to go on a regular, but haven’t been there in two years.. Zoe was amazing and such a super sweet person to talk to. The front desk staff was so welcoming even though I was late.. because I went to the Latham location where I use to go. I love and miss Janelle.. I am always extremely happy with my service. Booked with Sarah and it was the best experience ever!! It was my first time getting a facial so we went with the customized one to fit all of my needs/concerns with my skin currently. I felt so comfortable and pampered and the vibe of the entire business is just welcoming and out of this world! At the end of the service, Sarah wrote me up a regimen for my skincare and recommended products for my specific concerns. I ended up booking a future appointment! Couldn’t recommend this place more😊

I have never had a wax professionally before. I have always done it myself and it has never came out good; always splotchy, painful, halfway done, or bleeding. But Zoe made it such a pleasant and memorable experience! It’s was so quick, and undoubtedly way less uncomfortable than I have ever done it. She’s so easy to talk to and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. Not to mention but the whole atmosphere of the entire business is so professional yet relaxing. I love her and the business and I’m definitely going back🩷

i had a brazilian wax with Zakariya it was such a great experience! I get waxed frequently and had some weird experiences but for my first time appointment with Renewal the overall experience was just so professional, everything was super clean, the ladies were so inviting and just made me feel comfortable and i just had such a great experience and the front desk coordinator also was a pleasure to speak with she gave me good recommendations on some products they also offer, absolutely love this place! 🙂
