Mike does an excellent job of helping you get started on building your custom home. He is a perfect fit if your are choosing this route to have more control of your own build with no extra costs. I saw a bad review on here and I guarantee that it was not Mikes issue and it made me want to leave my own review. I have worked with him for the last 2 years building my house from the ground up here in Oakdale without any problems.

Mike Yates will not hold true to his word and will breach contract. And wants you to pay. for a job he has not completed and has no intention of completing. And has threatened me with a lawsuit. Very unprofessional never answers calls after paying deposit I would not recommend him I had a very terrible experience
