Beautiful beautiful store. From the storefront to the inside it really captures a different era. Packed to the brim with exquisite crafted goods from jewelry, blankets, baskets, saddles, and dolls you can find really amazing pieces here. We did not buy anything here because our style of jewelry is older but the service here was great, always somebody present to help if needed. Would definitely stop in again to admire. Take your time it can be overwhelming with the amount of beauty in here. A must visit for anyone coming through and looking for any of the mentioned above.

We stopped at Richardson on our way home to Michigan! We had a ball with Davette and all the others who loved on our pup Charley! We ended up buying a beautiful one of a kind turquoise dog collar and two silver pieces! We love everything and couldn’t be happier ! Everyone was wonderful at the store and in Gallup. We will be back next year! Great people ….Great store!!

We were on a road trip through the beautiful state of New Mexico. My husband had an idea to get a Navajo rug. I thought that would be unlikely because of the cost. We found a small, beautiful tree of life rug and bought it at Richardson’s. They did a good job packing and shipping it to our home. They had the name of the artist and sent her picture. Julie, the salesperson knew her business. Also selected a storyteller. Prices were a bit high but for one time purchases of quality and authenticity, it’s worth it.

I purchased a weaving from their website that unfortunately had already been sold. They called and tried to find something my wife would like instead of the one we originally purchased. Navajo weavings are difficult to buy on line but the owners did everything they could to find us something but it didn’t work out. Plan on a visit to the store soon

This place is outrageously overpriced — they are selling tiny vases for $150. Way too expensive. The merchandise is pretty, and the layout of the store is nice. The vendor wasn’t friendly, though.

This is a very nice place, great selection! Staff were amazing, very attentive, helpful, and accommodating. Very personable and educational as well. When I asked about turquoise - I asked them to inspect my pieces, verified them, and explained different types, how its all made. Beautiful vintage pieces. I am definitely saving up my money and coming back for more, no doubt! Their hospitality encouraged me to purchase this vintage cuff ❤💙 thank you!!

Amazing and proud people there store is so beautiful I'm from Gallup nm my grandparents and parents knew the family well
