Although this eight hour workshop was conducted in four, two hour segments,, each segment was well organized. The agenda for each segment synced perfectly with next steps towards purchasing a house increasing the participant’s knowledge of each step along the way. Each presenter was knowledgeable and took much care in answering participant’s questions satisfactorily. The presenters were all professional and conducted the workshop effectively. Overall, the workshop was quite informative, helpful, and certainly not a waste of time. I would recommend it to others without hesitation.

I learned a lot of things for me to consider, and things to work on in order to buy a home. Saving money, paying better attention to my spending habits. I’m an Amazon addict, and this is something I need to pay attention to and improve on to save more money. Programs that can help with down payment assistance, it was very thorough. The whole experience was beyond what I expected free and online certificate after completion .Very informative and helpful information for first time homebuyer's .Also the speaker's were awesome and came with tons of knowledge. If you want to buy a home and it is your first time register with Richmond Neighborhood Services they can assist after completing their workshop you can meet with one of their housing counselor to assist you along your way to homeownership. Best investment to yourself to attend.

Before I took the home owner's class on zoom I did not know there was so much information when it comes to buying a home. I learned definitions of words that I am sure would have tripped me up when negotiations start. Now I know what to do and what to work on in order to be able to afford my 1st home and also have a low monthly mortgage by putting more money down. I appreciate everything the class has taught me.

The information the presenters gave, it is very helpful.
However in order people understand better and see if they would have a possibility to qualify for a loan , I would like to hear more clear numbers on about how much money a family needs to earn monthly, in order to qualify for a certain amount of loan.
