Beautiful wedding venue! The sun shines on this property in the most gorgeous way. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and there is so much space!! As a photographer, it was a dream venue. Bride and groom both had their own rooms to get ready in, and the brides room overlooked the ceremony site just enough to add so much excitement as the time neared closer to the big moment and she got to peak at guests arriving. The staff always made sure that both parties had everything they needed, checked in with me, and let us use a golf cart to make getting around the property easier for photos, which we only needed one time because there are so many beautiful spots nearby the building. Great experience overall!

Located in the Sierra foothills of Auburn, The Ridge Golf Course offers a superior golfing experience. This 18-hole championship course combines natural beauty with rigorous play. The Ridge Golf Course boasts a par-71 layout that spans 6,734 yards, incorporating a variety of terrains. This course is the most challenging course in Placer County and still manages to be very enjoyable. Imagine well-manicured fairways, playable bunkers, plenty of trees for shade, nice tee boxes and smooth greens. The golf carts are equipped with GPS with a layout of holes with accurate calculated distances. I would recommend a beverage cart, due to the lack of drinking water on the course. This would be a great date activity. Start off by warming up at the driving range with a bucket of balls. If the date is going well, play 9 holes while getting to know each other better. WOW. Me and my dad played here on a vacation road trip and it is BEAUTIFUL HERE!!! So well maintained and designed and the course is so hard but also fun! Fanciest course i have ever played. Forgot to mention that the carts are very comfortable and they have a touchscreen with a map and a digital scorecard

The ridge is a beautiful property with a great golf course and club house. The staff is fantastic and the food is great! They have many versatile and beautiful rooms for weddings and banquets. I really enjoy this place and definitely suggest it to friends, family and travelers.

Worth the money, honestly one of the prettiest courses I have ever played on. Would not recommend for beginners with some really difficult holes and fast greens but overall would play again.

We hosted a baby shower there , although the place is very beautiful the staff was wonderful, the tables were beautiful, We did spend a lot of money on hors d'oeuvres and I was so disappointed, everything look like it was made the night before. not very much effort was put into it, the presentation was very disappointing!!! other than that the event turned out very good.best catering it your self !!!

This is a relaxing and beautiful place. Great golf...Great food (WALLET FRIENDLY) and indoor and outdoor seating. Full bar. Fun place for friends to hang out with!

Always a top notch facility! One of the best managed & maintained courses in Northern California.

It's challenging for all aspects of your game. Long off the tee, hazards in play on every hole, and greens get your full attention. Def not a recommended "beginners" course.

For those reasons above; pace of play can get pretty slow on weekends.

Otherwise have fun! ✌️😛
