Such a cool spot with a beautiful building and spacious galleries! The exhibits are a great mix of photography and interactive installations. Plus, the gift shop is a fun stop; I even grabbed a rooster finger puppet just for fun!

Bonus to visiting the Cheech, you get admission to the RAM!!! Learning about Riverside, and seeing this art was special. You get two Art exhibits for the price of one. The art here was powerful! It was a good weekend trip and getaway!

We went on a Sunday pass and visited the museum. There were performers in the atrium teaching about 30 couples to Salsa. The architecture was beautiful and serene on the main and preserved well, an art institute upstairs with classes in full swing and plenty of art/artists displayed in many genres. Nice afternoon.

Beautiful galleries that are diverse and showcase multiple communities. Tickets were about $30+ for two. This gives you access to two museums.
Really cute date night idea. We went on a weekend, so there was a farmers market close by.

I would definitely start off by getting coffee or breakfast (lots of great coffee shops near by), browse one museum, get lunch, and browse the second one.
Some artwork made me emotional, but worth the experience.

I do suggest buying tickets in advance as we had to fill out a short form before entering. This could be time-consuming for groups bigger than 4. The form took us about 3 mins each, and they only had one tablet available.

Nice place to visit. Someone greet us at the door. we walk around and it was quiet lovely. I bought my tickets at the Cheech museum and as a bonus we were able to come see the riverside art museum. I paid 31 dollars for 2 adults.

I've driven past this museum a few times. So I planned a day with my family. This day, the art exhibit was by a renowned artist, Charles Bibbs. It was a great experience, and the whole family enjoyed themselves.

First time to come check this amazing place out the staff is super friendly. They are all polite and welcoming one of the volunteers gave us a history lesson on the building which was awesome who new it was a girls young womans Christian center. Pretty cool to know that where one of the exhibits is laid out use to be a indoor swimming pool. So that being said nice art work from various artist paintings, drawings, and photography they even have art for children posted on the wall. They accept donations. Small exhibits but worth checking it out. Did I mention there are sculptures too fantastic to look at and intricate
