Very clean and tidy convention center! The employees seem happy and helpful and the gardens surrounding the center are well kept and appear sustainable, lush, and healthy. I would definitely choose this place for an event.

It was more then what I expected. First it was free. Besides the beautiful trees there was Santa in his majestic chair. Families line up for picture taking with their exited youngsters. A stage show with kindergarten & up girls dancing & singing. Many happy vendors because people were buying. Check your calendar for next year to catch it all.

Just spent 3 days at the ATDLE annual convention as an exhibitor and the experience was gratifying. The drinking water was delicious, the temperature just right, the installations very modern, wide and welcoming encouraging positive exchanges, the security staff made sure only those invited were part of the event. Overall very great option for conventions.

Known to be the Boutique Convention Center in the Inland Empire not only in size but also for the Hospitality and care the staff has with its guests.

Close to everything in downtown Riverside and offering flexible (indoor and outdoor) meeting space this Center is perfect for both small and large events. Near to 4 major hotels in Riverside including only 1 (city) block away from the historic Mission Inn Resort and Spa. Also, if you are brand loyal, a Marriott (full service), Hampton Inn, and Hyatt Place are mere steps away from this gorgeous building. I have never seen restrooms or public areas so clean before! Believe me, I notice as I'm always at either concerts or movie theaters so whenever I come across a facility doing a spectacular job I have to comment.

A quick ride from Ontario International Airport allows groups from all over access to this hidden gem. Last August a family member had their Wedding here and OH MY! you know when food is good because your guests continuously bring it up at family gatherings LOL! Well, it was not only delicious but the staff took such care of us from the beginning of planning to the day of our event. We'll definitely return!

This is a very nice convention center and is perfect for our annual church Camp Meetings! There is plenty of room for vendors, and the bathrooms are pleasant. Having the escalators as an option makes it nice rather than having to use just stairs or having to wait for an elevator. The large auditorium is nicely done and holds thousands of people. Parking is easy and not a long walk.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. It was simply amazing, and the food was fantastic! My family of hard critics are still talking about the food. They have rooms to accommodate any size party. Lastly, the staff members are first class rockstars! Everyone is treated like royalty. On a side note, the bathrooms always smell like heaven. They run the place like a well oiled machine.

I have gone to meetings and conferences here. It has always been a pleasant experience because it is beautiful, clean, and maintained. All the rooms are presentable. It is kept at a good temperature. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have to give a special shout out to the ladies that maintain the bathrooms. Please make an effort to acknowledge their work. They work hard, are attentive, always present to keep the bathrooms restocked, clean, and in their best condition. Every time I went, they looked clean and the ladies were constantly maintaining them as we used them. I made an effort to always notice them and thank them for creating memorable experiences even in the bathrooms. I wish other places cared about their bathrooms as much as this place does. The way a place maintains or doesn't maintain their bathrooms is very telling to me. Customer service is important to me. This place has definitely meets expectations.
