I’ve had to call the library for a few different things over the last year. They have always been so friendly and helpful. Today I was able to renew my card over the phone. I appreciated being able to do that since I’m leaving town and didn’t have time to drive there. I think this library does a great job!

The library, operating with limited services at the moment due to the tornado, is doing remarkably well and as always, has excellent customer service and support even though they are incredibly limited in space at the moment- they have carts of books for patrons to browse and laptops to borrow, and you can tell they’re doing the best they can with what they have! Hoping that the library can get back to normal soon, but for now they’re doing wonderful ! Thanks to everyone there for doing their best to ensure patrons get everything they had before with the space and materials they have. Kudos to them!

Very nice library, not too big and overwhelming but not small either. My kids really enjoy the children's library and all their weekly activities and special events. They have a good selection of movies and audio books which I enjoy. I also like the free community events like the recent Mother's Day craft and the Lunch and Learn talks. They have teen movie nights and art club and plant exchanges for adults that we have attended. We are excited for their summer reading program and all the activities they do with Crystal Bridges and the Amazeum. I do wish they had a bigger selection of new release books and audiobooks though. And a lot of the computers, especially in the kids area, are broken. Tip: if you have a Fayetteville library card you can check out books here too by linking your acct!

This library is not very big compared to other library's. I went to get study books on the ACT test to enroll in college. They didn't have any books other than a math book. I took one of the math books and ended up buying the 2024 ACT test prep book from Amazon. When I returned the math book I tried to donate the ACT book I bought and they denied it. It was in perfect condition and nothing wrote in the book.. I believe they should re evaluate books being given to them for free seeing how they didn't have any books on ACT test. But that's just me. Other than that the employees were somewhat friendly.

It's okay. If you want to sit and relax outside and wait for family or just enjoy nature you can't.their isn't a single bench or chair outside anywhere. No rain or weather covering either. But inside is ok.

They were closed except for a very small area in the very front. Website could have gave notice that they were closed for renovations.
