Impressed with the upkeep and maintenance of this hotel. Not a single water damaged ceiling tile tells me they care about quality. Staff was all friendly and helpful. I actually believe the staff enjoy working at Rosen. I’ll recommend our group book Rosen again for our next conference.

Problems starting just walking in the door. My daughter came for a work event. We get to the front desk and the girl behind the counter can’t even find her reservation. This is a big company event. She Searched for nearly 10 minutes claiming she couldn’t find anything registered for her until the employee next to her tried and found her on the first try. (We are a party of 3 adults and one infant.) finally get the keys, get to the room with our luggage only to find out the room she gave us was with a king size bed and no refrigerator. Very aggravating especially after my daughter specifically called the week of to confirm her reservation and to make sure she was booked in a room that would accommodate 4 persons and had a refridge. Go figure. Not to mention the attitude of the staff behind the counter was not at all inviting or welcoming.

This place charges $15 to use the gym after you already paid $300 a night. When you pull up, the signs all say valet. They don't tell you there is self parking unless you ask, they don't let you park and check in either. It's always amazes me that the customer service/consideration at a $100 hotel out does the $300 hotels every day of the week.

I decided to pay for the gym for the sake of time management and the new person said it was $10. I showed up at 7am the next day and counted 16 people already there. This gym has about 25 pieces of equipment with half being cardio based. If you are weight training go to a different gym.

*So this company looked up my name via this review and called me 3 times in 2 minutes and left a message. I called back. I was informed there is a sign but it's at the street as soon as you turn in. As you can see, there are no self parking signs where you would actually consider stopping/slowing your car and checking in.

I was then informed valet is a service and I should be happy to pay for the ease it supplies. I do not want someone to unload my car, I do not want someone to drive my car, I don't want someone coming to my car door to sell me their service that I am happy to do myself. I also do not want 3 back to back calls. This place is a joke.

Booked the Rosen Centre hotel for a volleyball tournament that my daughter was playing in. We have stayed at other Rosen hotels but never the Rosen Centre. When we arrived at the hotel to check in the front desk receptionist was extremely rude. I just bit my tongue and proceeded through the process. He stated we had to pay $28 for parking and that I had 6 adults in my reservation. The 6 adults were completely wrong and I asked him to change it. He replied that he could not. We went to go park and paid the fee. I called back because I got a charge for $241 and also $514. I unfortunately got the same rude front desk receptionist. I asked about the charges and he stated it was a $300 fee that would fall off after we check out. I asked what was all in that fee and he hung up on me. So my husband I decided to just go to the front desk and deal with it there. When we got to the front desk I went to a different receptionist because I did not want to deal with that same rude person. I was told we are very sorry and we will talk to him. Got up to the room later to find out from our fellow teammates parents that parking was free. I was so upset. Through this whole stay it was atrocious. The mini fridge was broken, the air conditioning was stale air, and there was no hot water to take showers. Please, please, please do not stay at this hotel. Pick a different location. You are not treated well here.

The hotel was definitely clean and quiet, but the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, which was surprising for a hotel next to a convention center. I travel a lot for business and this was the first hotel I've ever stayed at where staff asked me to leave my room during a business meeting so they could perform a daily cleaning. I've never been forced out of my room to take a call in the hallway. Additionally, the check-out took almost 45 minutes. They forgot to add my state tax exempt status when I checked in and charged me taxes. A simple refund of the taxes took two associates over 15 minutes. After I walked away, I noticed they refunded state taxes that were charged to a business card to my personal card for incidentals. My card had to be charged back and the refunds posted to the correct card (another 20 minutes). Then it took an additional 10 minutes to get receipts (which I definitely needed for my employer to sort this mess out). In 25 years of travel, both of these are a first. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious and easy to navigate. I was there to provide therapeutic massage services for guests attending the 2025 Beyond School Hours Conference. Nothing feels better than giving back to those who give the most 🙏🏾

During my recent business trip to Orlando, I stayed at the Rosen Centre, and it proved to be an excellent choice, especially due to its close connection to the Orange County Convention Center. The hotel's convenient location, combined with its outstanding amenities, made my stay both productive and enjoyable.

The Rosen Centre's direct connection to the convention center via a covered walkway is a game-changer for business travelers. This seamless access allowed me to attend meetings and events with ease, saving time and eliminating the hassle of transportation.

My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet retreat after a busy day. The ergonomic workspace and comfortable bedding were appreciated, contributing to a restful and productive stay.

The Rosen Centre Orlando is an ideal hotel for business travelers attending events at the convention center. Its unbeatable location, coupled with top-notch amenities and service, made my trip smooth and successful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Orlando.

Great hotel experience. Only issue (in my opinion) is that the air conditioning units require motion in the room to operate. Room gets hot when you are asleep or not in the room.
