Graduated in 2022 and due to my education here I am well equipped for the multiple positions across the world within hospitality. Everything I know about event planning and quality customer service is thanks to this school.

No one in this field cares about your degree. Interviewers LAUGHED at me for getting a degree in hospitality. If you want to work in hospitality just keep getting more experience in your field and network on the job.

If you go here anyway make sure to make the most out of all the networking events. It is the greatest tool that they will offer you.

By far the worst college experience, collectively, that I have ever had. To put things into perspective I have a Associates Degree from a state college and a culinary degree from a trade school as well as completing my bachelors degree in Hospitality Management at Rosen CHM. Never had I experienced any of the horrors I had to deal with during any of my educational endeavors as I had while I attended Rosen College of Hospitality Management.

This school cost me a tremendous amount of time while I researched the documentation of several employees here who engaged in collusion, attempting to get me kicked out of school. The administration here is the absolute worst and I found UCF promoted the department chair of Tourism, from Rosen, over to the main college, as Associate Dean, after I exposed her for being an abusive individual.

Do not believe all the hype about Rosen College being the best hospitality management school in the nation. It is filled with psychopaths and narcissists! Also, if you think that should something like what had happened to me also happen to you and you will find an attorney to sue the largest university in the country good luck with that (I found no capable attorney willing to help me).

The faculty is kept clean and bright for residents and guests. Parking lot spots are a bit far and may require a small hike but what can you do?!

I have only been here for conferences, so I can only comment on the facility itself. It is a lovely facility that can host a conference well.

Their AV works perfectly, so there is never the awkward setting up of this. The school has also catered meals here very nicely when it came time for a meal.

It is always a pleasure to come here to these beautiful grounds.

The professors here truly want to help you succeed, and if you make friends with them, they will use their boundless connections to make your dreams come true. The quality of learning is extremely high; there are professors from every single part of the hospitality industry that you can think of who are ready to teach you. It's a quiet, small campus with a lot to offer.

I'm supposed to attend this college because of my passion . Yet every staff member I reached out to for a 30 minute questionnaire about my career, have shut me down .NOONE WILL HELP YOU UNLESS YOURE A STUDENT( they cant avoid you) No time, little interest, etc. But it wont kill my spirit , I will keep going 🙂 I hope I find another hospitality college , but as of now unfortunately, I have to stick to going to Rosen due to economy and it being the cheapest. It pains me to say it, but the staff is worth half of the reviews .
