I can only say amazing things about this hotel every time I’ve stayed there it’s always enjoyable the rooms are very clean. The staff is always friendly. We had one issue with our room with the housekeeper, which is very rare with this hotel we let management know . They were very concerned and took care of it very swiftly very empathetic towards what happened I will always come to this hotel. This is my getaway. I love the rose shingle Creek and I’m happy to always do business this year and you should too. Definitely, the manager should be recognized for taking care of this issue. It made my experience better.

For the money was good. We enjoyed the food from the restaurants. Customer service was very good. The check in and check out was easy. Their golf course is very nice.
Unfortunately ,We had to deal with the smell of weed. Somebody by our room was smoking , it was very unpleasant. I notified to the front desk but the smell was there.
I’m pretty sure they took action right away and they don’t have control of all the guests behaviors but for us it was very uncomfortable.

I have been coming to this hotel for the past 6 years and they always go above and beyond to provide high quality and top service. The staff at all of the restaurants/bars are amazing, friendly, and quick to provide service. Especially those at the Headwaters Lounge. This doesn't even include the fantastic food the rooms service provides 24/7 or at the many food establishments inside the resort. The golf course is also well kept.

Positive: The hotel was much nicer than I thought it would be and there a lot of amenities for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools where nice and there was plenty of room and available chairs to relax poolside. Negative: Self parking on their property should be included with the room. We had an issue with our room and once we let the hotel know, it was taken care of very quickly.

Beautiful Property & Excellent Service!

We visited Rosen Shingle Creek for a tournament, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The grounds are absolutely beautiful—clean, well-kept, and truly a pleasure to walk around. Every part of the property felt well-maintained, adding to the overall luxury of the stay.

The staff was outstanding, from housekeeping to the front desk, bellmen, and wait staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It’s rare to find such consistently great service across all departments, and it made a huge difference in our experience.

The hotel also offers fantastic amenities, making it more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Whether you're visiting for an event, tournament, or just a getaway, Rosen Shingle Creek delivers top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Rosen! The rooms are spacious and clean. Sure, they are a little dated, but the beds were one of the comfiest hotel beds we’ve ever stayed in. Room tvs can access your Netflix account etc which was lovely for when you’re tired and just fancy relaxing for an hour or two in the room.||Check in was smooth, hotel staff are very friendly. ||We didn’t hire a car for this stay as we were only there for 10 nights. The hotel provided shuttle service was brilliant, and lyfts to Disney parks there and back were cheaper than paying for parking at Disney! Lyft to idrive ranged from $5-$7. So a great location to get everywhere.||Hotel restaurants and bar were great, and the on site Starbucks for a morning coffee was ideal. ||Pool areas are brilliant, with lovely service staff. ||My only negative for the whole stay would be the New Years Eve buffet. There was some lovely food, but all the hot food we had was stone cold! Great tasting beef and mash and asparagus, but all cold. That was a disappointment. ||We all said we would happily return to Rosen Shingle Creek.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek with my family this Christmas. We spent 9 nights at the hotel, and it was truly perfect. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the season, with Christmas trees placed throughout, adding to the festive atmosphere.||One of our favorite parts of the stay was breakfast each morning at Cafe Osceola. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an incredible variety of options. The service was exceptional, and the staff was warm, friendly, and very attentive. In particular, John Paul and Daniel, Soloman, were all outstanding. They made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

After flight delays we arrived to find that we had not booked all of our rooms. The front desk didn't bat an eye, they immediately went to work fixing our resrvation AND making sure that our rooms were close. We were all exhausted and figured it would be vending machines for supper. The clerks walked us to the closest restaurant, that was open until late! There we were treated so well! No one complained that we were the last diners and the food was outstanding, especially the fresh made guacamole. The rest of our stay was wonderful with great advice from the concierge on how to navigate the city. We were actually sad to leave, the whole hotel made us feel like family and took great care. Highly recommend!!!
