Easy access off route 66. Huge monument with 66 sits on top. Can be seen off the mother road or parking lot to get out and take pictures. There is a plaque near by, New Mexico honoring women as an historic marker.

A fun look back at the best of Route 66. Many classic cars, some neon and even a glimpse at yesteryear with a phone booth and old TV! Worth the $5 ticket!

There is nothing here to see other than this monument. The town is full of abandoned motels, gas stations and restaurants.

We are beck to home from our New Mexico trip , on the way we stopped our car at Route 66 monuments and clicked lots of cool pics . It was nice to watch old houses , bunks. I have never seen like this before.

interesting and beautiful monument to the old days of route 66. reminded me of the movie cars , as a lot of the stores and buildings and their architecture along the strip look like they were depicted in the movie.
