Ended up staying here unexpectedly after some delays had our arrival time at the RV park we planned to stay at originally at 11pm. It was super easy to find an available site thanks to the labeled boxes outside the office (closed by the time we got there). Nice, clean showers and hot water. Free wifi was slow but that wasn't a huge deal for us. So happy we found this place!

Cutest rv park! Easy sites to pull in and out of, no need for backing up or unhooking to fit. Beautiful view, and great areas for dogs, children and adults to be outdoors.
There are many benches to sit at, a play park for the children and a fenced in yard for the dogs, with a second smaller dog pen for more reactive/shy dogs away from the main recreational area. In the big dog area they even have a washing station for your furry friends.
Super quiet at night despite being right off the freeway.
The bathrooms and showers are super clean, and the washing machines are in great shape.
Some spaces even have privacy fences.
It's so nice we added an extra night.

We stayed here for 3 nights while crossing through NM, as a full time RV family & had a fabulous time! The spaces were so spacious! We loved the touch of the fire pit and chairs. Couldn’t be happier with the location and park!

Very pleasant multi-day stopover. Office staff was very accommodating regardless of shift. My site was relatively level (park is on sloping land). Power, water and sewer all worked well. Rates were reasonable. Huge Walmart nearby. Tractor Supply and Harbor Freight as well. Definitely will visit again.

They act like the place is some kind of luxury resort for RV'ers. Go to Santa Rosa and get a spot, and then commute here. You'll save yourself a ton of money and trouble.

These people do not let children with disabilities stay. If your child has autism they will harass you. If you have little brown children they can roam the park being hateful but white children can't play at the park. I know because I get zero complaints about my black child but my four white children can't even leave the house. They have grills but don't use them they will complain. They have a park but if your children use it you can't sit at the tables or they will kick you out. They have showers but your children can't use them if your a single dad with girls because they expect you to watch them in the room. They have a dog run but don't use it poop everywhere. You will have different rules if you are poor or white than if you are rich. My husband is a disabled veteran and they constantly complain about him pointing out things he can't help because he was injured during his service.

If you complain about other children bullying or cussing they will call you a liar and say the child doesn't speak English. 🤣🤣 Because apparently I'm just crazy even though I've heard her multiple times.

The truth is this is a shady business and I have the texts to prove they are violating the Americans with disabilities act.

Further more there is no food truck that's a lie
There is no wifi that's a lie you have to rent a wifi box for 60$. The water is gross. It will mess up your pipes and get you very ill.

Please don't stay here. I feel so humiliated by the managers. Having children with disabilities is so hard. My husband never planned to be disabled and he was during his service so it all falls on me. To be harassed for the things that make your child disabled is a different kind of pain. I really hope no one else with children come here.

This is a great park! We have a 36 class A with a jeep tow, and we’ve traveled all over America from west to east and north to south so we have had plenty of RV Park experiences
The park rests just east of Albuquerque by 28 miles, and is safe, clean and quiet. Friendly people, plenty of amenities and if you are traveling with children they have gone out of their way to make it fun for them also…all this for only 58.38!
We will definitely stay with them again!
