I want to Thank Pete (Pat) Rogers for working this purchase for me. As an inexperienced Yacht owner, I was very dependent on Pete to help walk me through the necessary steps. All the while, Pete had my needs foremost. From the first time I spoke with him (he was not my first broker) to the close of my deal, Pete Listened to me! Wish I could award 10 stars! We recently purchased a 36 Catalina through Rubicon Yacht Sales and we were very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Garrett Greenhaigh, Drew Harper and Mark Minor. They made a great team ensuring that the transaction went smoothly and that any questions and concerns were addressed in a prompt manner. Rubicon just sold our 1998 Searay 480. Boat was on the market for about three months. Pete Rogers was our broker. Pete immediately “suggested” changes I needed to make to the boat so it would be more sellable. I was arrogant and resisted spending any money but he held firm. He assisted by finding local craftsman that did great work at reasonable cost. These minor upgrades made a big difference in making the 480 more presentable and I realized he was the expert, and
To shut up and Let him run the show.
We had some major bumps in the road with one buyer that bailed at the last minute but Pete remained dilligent and I felt he never let up on selling our yacht and move on to another client(s).

Once we found a serious buyer the closing process was super smooth,
fast, and we had our payment almost
Overnight.

Overall, Pete and Rubicon did a great job. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a top notch yacht broker.
