I came to Shiprock to work as a travelling doctor and although it was lonely in the beginning, I found a strong sense of belonging when I was practicing at Sacred Rebel. Their classes are inclusive, safe, and enriching. Each teacher offers new insight into the practice and it is such a privilege to have found this studio ❤️

If I could give more stars I would I'm a big girl and was a bit nervous about going as I thought what if I can't do the moves they are doing? or what if, they think I shouldn't be here? But those thoughts were for nothing! every one was so supportive and encouraging to me. I've been going for a week now and it's been awesome!! I feel so good and I enjoy going. it's such a supportive encouraging group of people Chantell Griffith and all the yogis at Sacred Rebel Yoga. I didn't think I could do it, but I find my self being more active and I strive to make better food choices and my confidence is skyrocketing to the stars. Thank you Sacred Rebel Yoga!!

I travel back and forth from here to California all the time. I’ve been going to Bikram in California off and on and still wanted to continue to practice even though I travel. I found Sacred Rebel Yoga online and read their website and it interested me. They offer several classes, hot yoga, Aerial, etc...They have an amazing deal, 7 classes for $27 for new students, so I thought I’d give them a try. The moment I stepped in to the studio, Monica and Chantell were extremely inviting and warm. The studio was clean and cozy. They provide necessary equipment and have bins for personal items. The atmosphere was very relaxed and calm. The class was excellent and I throughly enjoyed my experience. After one class, I’m hooked and I’m definitely going to be attending more. I highly recommend for all!!!!!

I went to hot yoga in the mornings (M-F). Chantel’s classes are never scripted. Her flows are organic and are never the same, making her classes much more beautiful. Indeed, her classes are some of the best courses I’ve ever taken. Farmington, NM, you are lucky to have Sacred Yoga! I hope to visit again! Thanks for the love & light ⭐️
