The facilities are not bad but the on-site catering is bad. We contracted them to serve 1800 kids. With 80% of the kids trough; the lemonade ran out. That was the only drink. The workers said "we served all the meals." We had to escalate to the manager to get the dispensers filled with tap water. The lemonade was like cool aide this is not real lemonade. How cheap can you get?

Amazing experience. Even though I've seen this movie countless times, it takes on a new form in an auditorium full of people who love Harry Potter, and a skilled symphony scoring the entire movie live. 10/10.

This is a GREAT place for a conference, but it's just too big. I understand that with the magnitude of certain events it's necessary, but then the question to ask is if the event is too big. The staff is very nice, the food was surprisingly good, the couple of confusions were the differences between the meeting rooms and the A hall rooms. Location is good for lots of eating options, which helps so everyone is not trying to go to the same 3 or 4 places. There were over 6,000 participants at this conference! Overall, if you have to go here, be prepared to walk A LOT.

At a recent conference, I was pleasantly surprised to find a full-service Starbucks right at the convention center. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service from Brittanie, who truly brightened my day with her warm and friendly demeanor.

I decided to try the Apple Croissant, and Brittanie suggested a unique twist that elevated the treat to a whole new level. Paired with a tall hot caramel latte made with blonde roast, this combination was a delightful afternoon pick-me-up. The croissant was perfectly flaky, with a rich apple filling that was both sweet and comforting, while the latte was smooth and indulgent, perfectly balancing the flavors.

Overall, my experience was a delightful escape amidst the bustle of the conference, thanks to both the delicious food and the outstanding service. I left feeling energized and looking forward to my next visit!

Love this place! I’ve been cosplaying here since Summer 2023. I love to let people take pictures of me dressing up.
As a 9 year old, I think I did cosplay here for the first time in SacAnime.
The next anime convention, if people sees me, I’ll let them take pictures or videos of me with a very expensive camera and post it on any social media. Make me be super famous!

When they started construction I was pretty excited. I've lived in Sacramento since 1995 and would attend concerts etc. at the old venue. It was very dated and needed a lot of help. This new venue is very nice, secure… We've gone to about four or five shows here. Everything from stand-up comedians to choirs to symphonic music.Getting in and out as fast it's very well designed sound quality is near perfect.

Recently attended Legislative Day with California Association of Realtors hosted at the SAFE Credit Union Convention and it was lit. I loved how big and roomy it is. It was able to hold 2500 Realtors. If you’re looking for a place to host events, this is a great spot for it.
