I’ve been a student for the past 11 years and my artistic skills have improved immensely. I’ve made many good friends here and once you get to the higher level classes, you can choose what projects to work on. I’ve learned skills including acrylic, watercolor, oil pastel, color pencil, and collaging, using professional equipment. It’s a fun hobby to work on every week for an hour and a half. :)) Definitely recommend because my art skills have been so useful in life for projects, gifts, and art competitions.

My son has been attending for a year and a half truly enjoys attending every Saturday. He has shown a lot of growth in his drawing abilities. The instructors are very patient and caring and demonstrate dedication towards the students.

My kids have been taking art classes at Saigon Art Academy 6 months. Here is their favorite weekend activities where they can learn how to draw, create their own art and spending time with friends in artistic and colorful environment. Highly recommend!

I attended Kids Art Exhibition in 2016. I was very interesting with too many creative pictures of their Students at that time. Covid-19 came and destroyed a lot of business. I was so surprised when catch their advertisement for summer Class. Stop by last weekend and feel so interesting with a lot of kids silent and focus on their painting. The Instructors is following closely with each kids and give them space for their creative

Staff are very friendly and patient with students. They try to cater lessons to the students’ interests. Materials (crayon, oil pastel, acrylic, etc.) are provided in classrooms. Great opportunity for kids to try different types of traditional materials.

I've been learning here for about 10 or 11 years (5 years old to 16 now) and what I can say is that this school have improve my art a lot! There are 3 different rooms, all depending on level and age, each with different teachers. First room is for about 7-8 or younger, second room is for 12-13 or younger, and the last room is normally middle- highschoolers or older(once in a while college students too). There are no age limits, but that's what you'll usually see. There are also private lessons you can take in there. Each room has different teachers depending on day and time, but usually the third room is taught by the owner itself where you work independently instead of group lessons. When you're taught in the first room, you follow the group while also learning how to break down drawings by simple shapes, but still have freedom with it as long it's part of the subject/lesson. Second room you still learn to break down drawings plus more techniques, but you can either follow the lesson or do your own, but that depends on teacher. Third room, you can have your own independent work whether it's teachers plan or your own choice as long the teacher (owner) approves of it. She'll change medium and subjects once in a while when she wants you to try something new to get you out of your comfort zone. The way she teaches is giving tips, recommendations, even demonstrating techniques if you've never tried it before. The higher level you are, the less she retouched your work and trusts you more. If she see's you're struggling on something, she'll point it out for you. Overall, this place is a good experience while also making friends along the way of your art journey!

I have to say I had a great experience with this school! Just to give a little clarity I joint their 10th anniversary in a couple months ago with my relatives. I was so impressed with their organized, the way they guide our kids at the event. The most important to make a decision is their student paintings. It is so imaging at their age. They told me I could start the classes at any time because each chapter is separate. Their class time is flexible from Mon to Sun. I did the morning sessions from 10 am to 12 pm but they also offer a pm session.
The instructors are amazing. That is great to send our kids to this school in summer/weekend or after school. Let them develop their imagination, their creative instead of focus on the game. Highly recommend this school!!
