The so called owner has a terrible attitude and very little professionalism. You ask him questions and he doesn’t acknowledge you or looks at you he just dismisses you. Terrible way to run a hall.

The place is very good. What I didn't like is that they were giving alcoholic drinks to minors, they were between 13 and 17 years old, and the bartender was giving them shots of Tequila and margaritas, according to the excuse he gave is because he is a relative of the Owner. Of the place

This place is a real solid place that is All Decked out, can host a variety of events. I love Salon Real. Great for wedding receptions For Real. The Boss here is a Real Cool guy. I would recommend

My family and I contracted with the so called owner of this property for a photo package and a limo. Three days prior to the Sweet 16 he called us to cancel the limo service. Owner breached contract and refused to provide us a refund for the canceled limo, citing the limo was no longer available and he could replace it with a party bus. Seems like party busses are all he really can get.

The arrangement was made months prior the event to ensure a limo of our choice was available and to cancel with such short notice and not accommodate us was extremely difficult for our family to find an alternative for the event. The manner and extreme unprofessionalism caused by this owner should not be tolerated by any other family. We provided the deposit as requested and he took advantage of that. The only part of the contract he actually complied with was the picture package, but even the pictures were of low quality and not straight. Extremely dissatisfied with this service and this is not how a business should be ran. Owner was extremely unprofessional and very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND, take your business elsewhere

The hall was nice and large. The bar area was good. Pitchers were used to serve soda and water, nice touch. The AC was pretty bad. For the price I was expecting better AC. Was told there would be parking lots available for guests but last minute was told they weren't available. No money was returned.

Very bad service they don’t give you the amount of food you order, Photo Booth didn’t work and he still charged. Ac was not working the restrooms were not working and he said it was our fault that the was going to close them down. They didn’t even inform us that they were going to cut the cake when I notice it they had just past it out. The beer was hot because they had it sitting outside they also tan out of ice. This was a very bad experience

Im going to start, in why they charge so much money and don't even have A/C. The place was super humid and was very overpopulated. The security they have gave an attitude to us. One employee run into me and instead of apologizing, they said "MOVE". Not even "an excuse me" i got from them. They responeded in a rude manner, when I ask him "if there was a problem" ?. So moral of the story dont have any family gathering here. If trying to make a party here I would suggest you find somewhere else cuz it's not worth it.
