I live in the neighborhood across the street and there is no where near enough campus parking for these students. Every morning there are multiple students trying to park on the culdesac I live on. There is already barely enough parking for residents, let alone students. In the afternoon, parents will sit in their cars, in park, in front of my driveway. My street looks like a pick up zone for the school. There is no consideration when it comes to neighbors.

I contacted the school and they told me they have every right to park there and they don't have enough parking because their attendance increased. If this was a public school with local kids going there, I wouldn't have a problem. San Dieguito Academy is a private institution that should be able to provide parking for students. This school does not care about how they affect they community and is a stereotypical private institution that only cares about themselves.

Wonderful school, with incredible teachers and staff. Atmosphere is welcoming and kind, with great academics and a great arts program as well. Can't imagine a better high school experience for anyone than at SDA.

So far I have had a very positive 2.5 years at SDA and I love this school. This school has a very accepting atmosphere and great arts program. Teachers are very friendly and funny. Academically, this school district (SDUHSD) is one of the best high school districts in California.

What's not to love about a high school with an ocean view?

Huge campus with clean restrooms, which isn't always the case at a public school.

Parents, do your kids a favor and buy a house (or rent an apartment) in the San Dieguito High School district.
