Would leave negative stars if I could. They don't let you see the actual unit before move in, only an idealized layout online. They started with offering me 5, to 2. And when I said I'm not picking until I saw the actual location, they gave one option away and didn't give me another (due to their amazing job of filling the entire base with no room for extras). That was all before i moved. Issues compounded after move in

First of all I’d like to start off by saying how impressed my husband and myself are with the performance /cleanliness of the maintenance personnel’s that came and fixed/replaced the storm door of our residents. I’d like to also state that they were very professional quick and considerate. If I could I would give them over a 10+! The technician Francisco and Chanel are amazing at their profession. Keep Up The Great Work Men, Stay Bless and Stay Safe

Sandy Basin Community Center is located inside the NTC and it's a huge place , which serves the community of Ft Irwin. Usually,all the events are held there such as commander's calls gathering and the Holidays events. The location of the center is very convenient , which makes it easier for everyone to attend all the events.
