WONDERFUL EMBROIDERY… AND PEOPLE

We’ve done multiple embroidery jobs with Saris, each time to our complete satisfaction.

When doing business with an embroidery service firm, especially when they are working on your owned goods, there are numerous questions one should ask in advance:

Do they have the proper equipment to accomplish the job?

Will they do a professional job without necessitating reorder of merchandise?

Will it be done when promised?

Will it be fairly priced?

Our answer to each of these questions is a resounding “YES”!

Mateo manages the front office and, as such, is the primary customer interface. He is a great young man, always with a smile on his face and a positive and responsive attitude.

The owners are incredibly nice people with a quick turnaround. But the most amazing thing was their pricing. So go ahead and get your quote elsewhere, but then take your job to Sari's. Then prepare to get your mind blown!

They don't follow their own store hrs. Closed up 45 minutes early. And I told them I'd be there at 3p. Made special trip back because they called and said my order was done.
When I did get my order back the numbering didn't match. Yes the owner is nice and they are cheap...but there is a reason.
