Great vibe at this studio. Come check it out! The Monday and Wednesday 7pm hot yoga classes are perfect for unwinding after a hard work day. I always walk away feeling very spiritually grounded, calm, and connected.

This is the BEST yoga studio in Escondido. I have been looking for a studio in north county that I could continue my yoga practice. I enjoy a more authentic class(not a fan of commercialized yoga studios). The Classes begin and end with chanting as well as a sound bathe during the final shavasana.

They also offer a 7pm class 4 days a week!

The instructors are really nice and always make the pose accessible to everyone’s own ability and offer alternative options/props.

10/10 recommended for anyone who enjoys a good authentic yoga class - they also do full moon circles every month!

First class is free if your local & pricing is very reasonable

Beautiful Studio with an amazing ambiance. The teachers are the best, meeting all students where they are in their practice and providing consistent encouragement and support. Absolutely my favorite yoga studio. Rached's approach to teaching is so wonderful. He is both patient and kind while making sure your alignment is good and pushing you a little farther so that you get the most out of your practice. I only wish it was closer to my home and business so I could go more often! Do yourself a favor and check out Sattva Fitness!

I have been going to this Yoga center for over a decade and I must say this is the best and most comprehensive yoga center. I've tried others but they don't even come close. If you are serious about yoga, this is your place. All types of yoga are offered here, as well as begginer classes.

The whole ambience is quite awesome. Trainers here are professional and guide very well. Shaz gave me apt councelling and sujit is providing me with a very good training.
