They offer decent jobs but I once put my leave in to go back to Georgia for my son’s birthday a month in advance and once I returned I was told I left without notifying anyone and I still have the messages between me and my agent. Showing that I notified her and they still won’t offer me any more jobs. The communication here especially at temp agencies need to improve dramatically.

As soon as you walk in the doors to Select Staffing The staff are friendly and helpful in Getting us a job. If we have any problems filling out any paperwork they help us . Once we get a job, they check on us to make sure we are doing ok at the job. I definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I just want to say that Reyna from Select Staffing is amazing! I am sure Select Staffing has a wonderful team but Reyna is incredibly helpful throughout my working process .She followed up with everything I need and made the whole process stress free. She honestly does a great job by touching base with me and follows up on how I like the job. Also if I have questions about missing hours she does the extra step by printing out my check and explaining everything in detail giving me peace of mind. If I forget to clock in I send Reyna a message by lunch time she there providing me with a time sheet always ready and professional.

Not very good at helping me find a position. I did everything that was asked of me. I was happy to be told on the first day I walked into their office that there were two positions that I qualified for and paid more than minimum wage. I told the young lady, sure, send my resume and after waiting and going back and forth for a week, nothing. When I'd ask about the two jobs, I was told they didn't reply back to her. Ok, I'm thinking why don't you call someone from those companies and ask if I qualified so at least we could move on. Then a few weeks later, I got a text saying they have a produce processing plant position sorting avocados. That's an entry level position with entry level pay. Then, nothing. I logged onto the Select website and there are a few office positions. I apply directly and and call the office to let them know I've applied and can start tomorrow. I'm told I have to wait for a recruiter to call me. Not impressed.

Certainly behind the times and hiding from the world outside of its office space in the illustrious Esplanade address. In 2023, they somehow still need written timecards I'm sure need to be handed in personally like a kid in after school detention. Try calling them during normal business hours, you'll get a voicemail service asking you to call back during normal business hours. Don't worry, they've got an excuse or two for that. Which, might I add coupled with the often "slow" down on assignments makes the lack of transparency more and more puzzling.

Horrible experience!! They said come in you're hired for Color Pop. I went through orientation and they took our pictures for our company badge. They said we start on Monday. We'll turns out Color Pop was LAYING PEOPLE OFF!!!!
Very unprofessional!! More then a couple of times this happened to me at Select.
