We stayed here for a weekend as two couples ages 25-29. Mostly an older crowd as expected for casinos but some people our age and some kids around. We had a great time and I would say our stay was almost perfect!! |Room was lovely, spacious, and clean. The beds were super comfortable but the sheets were not breathable at all. I do get warm when I sleep but I have never sweat like that before under those sheets. Our shower also leaked everywhere all over the floor, which wasn’t too much of a big deal but we did have to sacrifice a lot of towels to wipe it up. Other than that the room was great!!|Lots of slot machines to play and enough table games to keep us entertained. Live music both Friday and Saturday night. Smoking room is closed off behind glass doors so it keeps the stink confined to that area. Bathrooms were immaculately clean and I constantly saw employees wiping down machines. Beautiful facility overall and lots of odes to Seneca natives history. |Food and drinks are a bit pricey but that’s to be expected. They had a 5 beers for $15 deal during the Sabres game so my friends loved that. We had a meal at the cafe and everything was good. |My only complaint is that the wait for drinks was long - for both coffee and alcohol. On both Saturday and Sunday morning only one person was working the Starbucks. And then Saturday night at the bar on the casino floor, only two bartenders were working and they seemed to constantly overlook people coming up and waiting to order drinks. So that was annoying.|Pool was full of kids so beware of that. Hot tub was so nice on a snowy evening, but there were some other groups just camped out in there. I wish the hot tub were bigger. |I had a massage at the spa, and wow the spa is also a BEAUTIFUL facility. The staff was so nice and my massage therapist Shelly was awesome and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first professional massage in a spa and I truly felt like I got my moneys worth. I loved the steam room and shower afterwards too.|If like you gambling and you’re looking for a weekend getaway like us, this is the place to be! They also had lots of promos like free $15 gambling money on a new player’s card. We’ll be back!!

Very nice hotel & casino! This was my second time staying here. Large room, nice amenities and close to skiing! The gym is nice and they have an indoor pool. The hot tub is outside, I was not daring enough to use it but many people did. There is a huge self parking covered garage. I will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stopped here overnight during a road trip. We were so incredibly surprised and impressed with this place. The casino is super clean and has brand new slot machines. I didn't get to play any table games, as the aforementioned slot machines took all my money. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and they even had Tesla Superchargers to get me back on the road. We loved the stop so much that we are trying to plan a long weekend here!

My husband and I have stayed here many times over the past few years. We don't gamble but ski @ Holiday Valley. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants good. The staff at the front desk are pleasant and efficient. We love the outdoor hot tub!
It is 20 minutes from the ski hill but it's an interesting drive. We are Canadian so really appreciate the cheap gas!

Got to go here for the first time since I was a child for the ski races, amazing show amazing experience outdoor smoking area has heaters and they're warm! The buffet was great the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the fried chicken literally was tasteless all I could taste is the oil... literally my only complaint add some spice in there lol

We just got back from a three night stay. The hotel is clean and quiet, the food here was great, and the employees were all very nice! We had a lot of fun and hope to return soon!!

Let me start by saying we absolutely love going to this casino. The rooms in the hotel are very nice. However, every time we have gone, I have been the one who ends up, throwing up without fail. The rooms are freezing cold at night. I was just there over the weekend and was throwing up again. I am totally convinced that the hotel is full of mold and I’m extremely allergic to mold. I was just curious if anybody else was having this problem? I see people hanging over garbage cans and throwing up also. I’m just not sure what is going on at that casino. When your there for two days, it’s hard to find things to entertain you so you spend a lot of money at the casino. There’s not many activities around the hotel

Just returned home from a three day stay at Seneca Allegany. Everyone needs to be aware that they are replacing the entire center area of the casino, as far as slot machines and wiring go. That left only the machines around the outside wall and front corners open, along with the smoking room. It was an ordeal to even access the cashier area. I would NOT have stayed there, had I known. Everyone was complaining and there were long waits for machines. too. |My room was fine. The sheets are way too starchy, but the bed was comfy. Had dinner at the cafe' and enjoyed a delicious grilled chicken sandwich. Stay was 3/26 thru 3/28/25.
