My husband, Josh, and I had our wedding here last Sunday on 3-10-2024 & it was the best day of our lives. We couldn't have picked a better place to get married. From the moment we met Carolina & Brad, the owners of Serendipity the Venue, we didn't even consider going through another venue. They are two people who genuinely care about the clients who walk through their doors. They're incredibly talented at photography & videography & their venue is just gorgeous. They also have an amazing staff who went out of their way to help us make everything perfect. If you're debating on who to go with, we HIGHLY recommend Serendipity the Venue.

We had an amazing wedding day at this beautiful venue!! Brad and Carolina were amazing and answered all the questions we had. They both made themselves very available when needed. The photograph sessions always went great and we felt very comfortable with them. All our guests were amazed with how the wedding came out! Every time we had a new idea or changed anything they would respond with a positive “yes of course!” Overall we had an amazing experience!!

My husband and I were recently married on 12/31/23 on the beach in Crystal Cove. We then celebrated our reception/NYE party with Brad, Carolina, and their amazing team at Serendipity the Venue. Brad and Carolina are two of the most thoughtful and accommodating people ever!! From booking our reception back in April, to the day of our wedding in December, they gave us 110% effort and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt heard and comfortable for our special day.

Brad, Carolina and their team traveled to our ceremony location and helped beautifully capture (photography and videography) our love. The turn around time for the photos was less than FIVE DAYS post wedding!!! AMAZING!!!

The venue is absolutely beautiful and it is the perfect place for all events!

PSA: If you are getting married, we highly recommend booking their all inclusive package! As a bride who felt lost and overwhelmed, Brad and Carolina helped relieve a lot of the stress and concerns that come with planning a wedding!

Had my wedding here on 6-22-2024

Coordinator lacked proper and professional communication with not just bride and groom but guests and bridal party as well.

Coordinator Brad was disorganized, and did not know how to handle or respond when the program fell off, which happened many times.

My contract was not fulfilled, and we regret having hired him and trusted him with our big day.

I honestly feel that if the coordinator would have taken the chance to get to know our wants for our big day the day would have gone better.

Unfortunately on my big day we were waiting on him to sell the venue to an interested couple instead of helping us.

Brad the owner and coordinator also threatened us with not giving us any of the footage of our wedding when we expressed how we felt.

I truly hope that he doesn’t continue doing this to other couples. Carolina in photography was great. The video looked good but it felt more like a promotional video of their services. I feel it could have had more of the toasts of our vips, and more of what my actual day was.

The Mexican food was amazing— people are still talking about it—- DJ Charly was helpful!! And played all the playlists we asked for. The venue let us use their center pieces, the whole entire process from inquiry to event date was 5 star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
