Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming staff! Brought my serger in with an issue regarding the upper looper and the problem was quickly troubleshot and resolved right at the counter, with an extremely fair workshop fee. It's a pleasure to see any expert in their field, and Sew a Stitch has experts! 10/10 would recommend.

I knew this shop did not deal with Bernina machines. I needed help with inserting the bobbin and asked if she could look at. NO WE DO NOT SERVICE THAT MACHINE. I KNEW THAT….but would not even look! If I ever buy a new machine it will not be here!

I had a wonderful experience here. I visited a couple dealers in my quest for a high grade sewing machine after years of sewing on a big box store entry level machine. Jonita listened to what I was looking for in a machine. She sat patiently with me for almost an hour showing me her recommendation and why. Never forceful or pressuring me to decide. She walked me through all the bells and whistles of the machine and the history of the brand. One week later I’m the excited owner of my first Pfaff. I was able to immediately use my new Expression 720 from her instructions. Jonita gave me some history on threads and recommendations and never seemed tired of my endless questions.

Sharla was also very helpful to get me stocked up on some extra accessories I wanted. I’m looking forward to visiting here often for notions and fabric. I’m happy to support this shop and buy local.

It's worth the drive from Joplin to Rogers to do business with them. It's not just buying a machine, it's also the education you are given on how to get the most out of your machine, and then the in house cleaning and service to keep it operating properly all wrapped up that make this business top notch in my book.

I recently purchased my second sewing machine from Joyce. I wouldn't consider a purchase from anyone else. She has gone out of her way to accommodate me at every turn. I have to travel some distance to get to her, but that doesn't matter. If there were an other dealer right next door to me, I'd still travel to Rogers to visit her.

Her staff is knowledgeable and her selection is excellent. From high end to lower priced machines, she will fill find the machine that fits you and your budget.

Please consider travelling to her shop to experience great customer service and personal attention.

I brought my machine here for the first time today and had a great experience. They figured out what I had done wrong, fixed my machine and we're super friendly. I had my 4 year old daughter with and they were really sweet to her as well. I highly recommend them!!
