We attended the Sweet Relief concert which honored Joan Baez and raised funds for musicians in need. It was awesome. We had balcony seats. My single complaint was there is nothing to hang on to going down the balcony steps. Iโ€™m in my 70s and my balance is not what it used to be. Fortunately, none of us took a tumble. It was truly a magical night.

Good venue for concerts with plenty of parking. The view from every seat is greatโ€”not like those places where you can't see much from the back rows. The staff was helpful in guiding us to our seats.

Purchased tickets to a comedy show, when we arrived I found that my seat is not a normal auditorium seat, but a random chair that looks like it was pulled from a lobby. It was not even flat in the ground an rocked back and forth the entire night. I also could not receive a cup for getting water, and would have to pay $6 just to have water with me at my seat. Sure there are water fountains, but I donโ€™t want to get up in the middle of the show when I could have a cup of water with me. I will not be coming back based off of this experience since every employee I asked looked at me like I grew horns just for asking why I could not receive a cup(I would have gladly paid $1 for a cup).

I've never been here before. This is great. From what I could see, there isn't a bad seat anywhere from the balcony. I'm definitely coming back for at least 2 more concerts this year.

+ Decent sound system.
+ Safe neighborhood compared to the venues in the TL.
+ A lot of attentive staff and bars also selling food.
- Kinda lame space, very basic and functional compared to a gorgeous venue like the Warfield. However, very spacious.
- Limited parking nearby (Sutter & Stockton garage is one option).

Overall, I enjoyed coming to this theatre for a show and will not hesitate to return in the future.

The Masonic theater was awesome it was very handicap accessible. The people were very friendly. Is far in San Francisco goes it was very windy and cold, and hilly not ideal for power chairs make an easily tip over. We stayed in a hotel near the theater, which was nice. we loved our show, Kathy Griffin, and it was fantastic!
