Attended a wedding here. The entire venue was amazing. The staff was wonderful. We didn't get a room here so I cant answer about rooms but friends said they were nice.
The pool area looked pretty as well.
I only wished they would clean the fountain up a little( it smelled) but nothing crazy.

Stayed here for a wedding. It was just great.

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms a very comfy. Loved the lights on the mirror in the bathroom. Was nice having the patios off the rooms.
AC got the room nice and cold at night. Staff was very friendly.
Would definitely come back for other trips.

Gorgeous gardens and a fantastic restaurant. The employees are so nice and the food is sooooo good. Highly recommend this spot to treat yourself or meet up with friends or family.

When we first stepped on the lobby, a lady screamed at us: "we have no power", not even a welcome, we are sorry for it, no, just an expecting us leaving the building due to this situation with no explanation.
We had to explained that we booked a couples massage so please tell us what to do. Finally we received instructions to go to the spa area so they could help us.
At the spa the lady was so polite and helpful explaining that we could do the massage but no sauna or steam room due to the power situation (we added extra time at the steam and sauna to enjoy more the area) so we decided to cancel the appointment but the place have to double confirm that we won't be charge for this so the lady called the manager or owner to make this happen.
It would be nice to receive a call letting us know that the building did not have power so we didn't drive to the place. We had high hopes to have a relaxing day and this did not help at all.
Maybe if we come back in the future, we will give a second chance, hoping that they get a generator or a better solution for situations like these.

I came for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the property. It was very very peaceful. The spa was amazing and the little town was exactly what I needed so much live music everywhere.!!

We used Shangri-La Springs for my daughters wedding last month and it was just wonderful. From the very beginning they were helpful and accommodating. When the original person that we started with wasn't there anymore, the new person Jacqueline couldn't have been better. They really did do everything they could to make our experience a happy and positive one. We even held our farewell breakfast there the next morning and it was fabulous. We had 2/3rds of a large wedding cake leftover and was convinced the caterers were at fault but in the end it appears it was the Shangri-La staff that was responsible. I have heard about lost cakes from other people who had wedding there as well. So other than that I highly recommend Shangri-La as a wedding venue. Just stay on top of your cake.

Wish I could have given you a 5 star ,Restaurant personnel I give Big 5 star to all of them
BUT a few disturbing things, the check out is/was really terrible, you tried to charged a higher price ,guess about $2.00 or more than was stated on meny, when asked about that, got the answer they had not yet changed the menus that was presented at the table.and that was a sign there that stated that THIS IS A BIG NONO,YOU SIMPLE CANT DO THAT, also at check out in the lobby, the lady or girl rather, tried to put an extra tip on the bill !!, the. Tip is included on the check,why on earth doing that and think she could get away with it,VERY BAD AND NO STAR, We were 8 ladies,and was told that there would be one check ,and we could make it up among us, !!! We all are world travelers /and living in many countries and been to all kinds of restaurants , after some discussions with our waitress, she came back and said the manager would do one exemption for us ,and let us have our own checks ,!!!
Suggesting that you from now on remove that “rule” you created
Your competitors has no problems doing that
One more thing,you have to do something with the parking, some people had to park outside your property ,parking area can be reconfigured
I personally have known and followed the Shangri La since 1994,all the ups and downs
