February 17, 2025||Great as always! From checking in February 6, 2025 to departure February 15, 2025, every here is or are so very helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable of the area ! Even one the days, House Keeping, Shanna Agosto, I requested an item, she was quick to bring it! Quick, my room was on twenty third floor! Not sure what regular room looks like, my was ADA! Low beds, roll in shower! From end of the corridor, sometimes saw purple/white/purple The Beam for their NBA Team Sacramento Kings! | One layer, very bright, purple, some white, more purple! Less than five minutes! I took full advantage of Club Level area, only ate out one time! One time! Good hot breakfasts, good hors d'oeuvres are the suppers! On the hype of Football Super Bowl Sunday, for the hors d'oeuvres, mini ham sandwiches, egg rolls, I thinking because of the day, even hot nacho chips with usual toppings to be added! This hotel is so walkable of many places, museums, Capitol building, some Starbuck areas, even some churches! Valentine Day, Shawn, male, gave me red rose! Shawn at the check in desk! With apologies to former Governator or Gover Nator, " I Will Be Back!" Yes, Arnold, yes, Governator!

My organization conducted an event with 160 attendees. Facilities were organized, well equipped and staff was attentive to the needs and conditions for the event were excellent. |The rooms are undergoing renovations, I stayed in an older room on the 7th floor. It was clean and comfortable and the window seat was a quaint touch. Overall great stay. I asked about the breakfast offered and the front desk staff was generous and quick to offer Sheraton Club access, which provided breakfast and access to snacks and beverages.

If a hotel is doing renovation/construction, they should offer everyone steep discounts or just close down. First, they put me in a newly renovated room that stunk of chemicals and when I asked to be moved, they absurdly sent a manager to go "sniff" the room out. They moved me down to a floor which was supposedly six floors away from construction but I could still hear the hammering and drilling in my room. Also, the phone didn't work in the first room and the heat didn't work in the second. The staff tried hard to be accommodating but they couldn't do much. I'm consistently amazed at how much hotels are able to get away with. These middle end hotels charge outrageous prices and provide mediocre service.

I was super impressed with my experience at the Sheraton. My mother shared that we were in town due to the death of a family member and the staff wrote us a hand written card with a gift card for dinner at the bar. Rooms were clean and quiet, beds were super comfortable. Thank you Sierra Spirlong and Emily Fletes for your thoughtfulness!

I'm currently standing in my room listening to loud drilling for the last 3 hours. The management here is not capable of satisfying customers needs and that brings down the Marriott brand down.

The valet and security personnel was exceptional they were very sympathetic towards our situation.

The room's great. Everything else is not great. Don't book club level on the weekend because it's closed but they're happy to charge you the extra cost and not provide food or refreshments. The front desk clerk was not helpful. Marriott corporate did not help either I'm kind of embarrassed that I've been a Marriott fan for so long. This is the first time I've written a review but I wanted to let everyone know probably find another place to stay.

Its hotel management team is obviously irresponsible.
Note that staff were very nice and kind.
Without notifying me, they kept renovating hotel facilities on the same floor during the whole day time. I was busy working on my business in the room. So I had to hear all the noise during all the day. I made a complaint the day before I leave. But they do nothing and even apologize what they did.
They probably can change my room and assign another room. But they did not.

Do not visit this place.

This hotel successfully destroyed my faith in all Marriott properties.

I checked in, with a back to back booking. I asked the front desk if I was going to need to change rooms at all during the stay, they said no it won't be a problem.

Sunday night / Monday Morning at 1 AM my key card does not work for my room. I go down to the front desk, they inform me that I am ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED to change rooms now.

They have had a room held empty since 3 pm (check-in time) the previous day to toss me into, it is now 1 AM. That room sat empty for 10 hours.

They also had a room that I was using, the room they forced me to go into and pack my things, and proceed to move 15 floors down, My things occupied this room until 1 AM.

So they managed to hold two rooms, one for me to move into which they held all day long and one for me to get kicked out of, again at 1 AM.

No one seemed to realize that no one is checking into a room from the hours of 2 am to whenever the cleaning crew shows up and turns the room over.

I talked with the property manager, his explanation was a glitch in the system, and staff that's not properly trained.

His solution, comp me one night, or get some free Bonvy points in case I want to roll the dice with another Marriott property.

I told him neither solutions were acceptable, but money is worth more than any points that I will never use.

The sad part is I have stayed at this property multiple times, and this last trip was the worst I have ever been treated by any hotel.
