Booked this stay based on Google reviews and photos. Paid above average price based on these factors. I arrived after 8PM on my check in date and was told my room choice was all occupied. I simply stated that I had booked it, so one should still be available. They were able to put me into one after all, but when I got to the room, it was missing its closet doors. Basically I had an 8 foot wide nook where I could hang my clothes and store my suitcase. I brought it up to the front desk clerk in the morning and she stated they were under renovations. That was not stated anywhere in my booking process. I would not have stayed there at that price had I known that. Nothing was offered as compensation. Also, my shower had two large dispensers of bath gel and one of conditioner…no shampoo. Shockingly bad experience given the brand.

WOW. First of all, this is my first day at this property, and I must say that I was treated to the highest endearment and respect from my early check in (as a titanium elite), to the lounge service from Maria Elena. She was smiling all through her shift, cleaning up and serving food with such kindness! Please give her a raise. I’ll likely return again just based on her service and I hope she will be here

The check-in was very smooth and quick. I was greeted by a young woman and African-American gentleman who were delightful and made me feel respected. Thank you for everything!!!!

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice, both times with a flawless stay. On both occasions I’ve been traveling out of the Ontario airport with very early flights and booked this hotel for the convenience. Both times I was allowed an early check in with an upgrade to a corner room. After checking in I returned a rental car to the airport and the hotel shuttle picked me up from the rental return area in under 15 minutes. The front desk offered me a goodie bag for being Titanium. The room was great and even had a microwave and small fridge. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in! It’s up there with the Ritz Carlton and Edition beds! I believe that there is a concierge lounge here open for breakfast, but I’ve had to depart too early to take advantage. The only negative is that there is absolutely nowhere to plug a phone in by the bed. I had to unplug a bedside lamp in order to charge my phone. If my business ever brings me back to the Ontario airport I’ll definitely book here again. I found the hotel to be very comfortable. Many thanks!!

I had a pleasant experience here. It was a little noisy, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. No continental breakfast was a letdown, only coffee and small pastries.

We are a Marriott member and this is by far the worst Marriott my family and I ever stayed at. It is very out dated and comfort wise the bed is lumpy and not comfortable at all. Secondly room is not family friendly were the restroom only has one sink and with having girls not all of us can get ready due to one sink one mirror in the room. Please update you guys are next to the convention you would think you will upkeep your business.

Recently renovated but still feels old.

I have been staying here for years due to its location near my business and it being in the Marriott family.

The whole outside got a facelift recently that was a huge improvement. Rooms have also been “refreshed” but still feel old and more like a motel than a name brand hotel.

The lounge is fine but don’t get excited.

Titanium status was recognized and points were awarded along with a corner room.

Overall, not the worst place to stay but not sure it’s worth the $150-200 price tag. I’ll continue to stay for the convenience over the value.

It’s close to the airport which is good, but it feels dated. My room smelled terrible every time I walked in, there was no one at the front desk in the morning, but the reason I’ll never stay there again was when I looked up in the bathroom there was several pieces of hair on the ceiling. That’s so gross.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the lady at the front desk who helped me from 5 PM to 9 PM on August 9, 2024. She was exceptionally nice and accommodating, setting the bar incredibly high for customer service. Her kindness truly enhanced our vacation experience, and I now know which hotel I'll return to on my next visit. She deserves a raise for her mellow demeanor and thoughtful responses to all my needs. Thank you once again for making our stay so enjoyable! ***The private rooms on x floor made us feel that much safer with all of the incredible accommodation thanks again!!!!!!!!
