I have worked for Show Masters for roughly 10years on both the labor and the tech side as an audio engineer.
Of all of the A/V production companies I have worked for, my experience with SMPL has been far and above the best. The teams are professional and hard working, the crew leads and techs are fantastic and knowledgeable; and whenever I have had an issue I knew who my point of contact was, and was always able to get it resolved quickly.
I brought my own brother into the company, and while we were on a show out of town he was injured on site, and SMPL took care of him with out any drama or hesitation.
I look forward to many more years with them, and consider them my main and go-to A/V company in the industry.

I have been working with Show Masters for more than a year. I am an audio engineer and musician by trade but have always had a hard time turning my passion for sound and technology into a viable source of income. When I found out about the industries that Show Masters serve I knew right away that I would be a perfect fit. I love the work, and my ability to have flexible hours. around my kids' schedules, my bands and the rest of my sometimes chaotic life. Showing up for a shift is always fun. I love all the other freelancers, and usually have time to get to know a few of them throughout the shift. I've found it to be a great way to network with others in my industry. I really like the work, too. Lots of manual labor makes me happy, pushing large heavy containers to the exact right spot. Then the engineer gets to play, running cables, plugging in all sorts of equipment, and learning about things that I'm not familiar with yet. I have gained a great deal from my shifts, not to mention the impressive paychecks we receive. I look forward to my future with the company!
