I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and the overall experience at Showcase Auto! The team was not only nice but also very knowledgeable, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Initially, I wasn’t sure how serious I was about getting an SUV, but their ad on Facebook Marketplace caught my eye. It was enticing enough to make me stop by, especially since they’re conveniently located near other used car dealerships.

What really stood out was their pricing. Though the price for the car I got was on the higher end of my price range, it was still very reasonable. The car I purchased (Subaru Forester) was priced a couple of thousand dollars below the average asking price for a vehicle of this type with comparable amenities. It felt like a great deal, and I left feeling confident in my decision.

I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a car. Great service, fair pricing, and a no-pressure environment!

This review is way overdue but my experience still grinds my gears so I'm going to leave one anyways. The only reason why it's three stars and not two is because at least "Alex" was cool, everything else sucked. This is my experience, I'm not going to embellish, your experience may vary. (Also, with that being said, NEVER, EVER buy a vehicle online, even if you have a garage check it out, make sure you see it and drive it in person)

I say that because I saw one of their vehicles online while I was at a Veteran's Domiciliary in Menlo Park, it was a 2004 Ford Mustang GT Convertible, the car I had was pretty much on it's last leg so I decided to inquire about the Mustang. We're not allowed to leave, the rules are strict, so I wasn't able to see it in person.

There was a lot of back and forth, so much so that it should have made me really weary, but I paid for a shop to do an inspection and it came back clean. They said there was no major issues.
Like I said, lots of back and forth, and when I finally decided to go ahead and purchase it, that's when "Alex" started the used car salesman pitch. Hey "Alex", a little word of advice, you're supposed to use the "I've got lots of people interested in the car, I had someone just yesterday, and someone else coming in later this afternoon" if you want it you better hurry up" in the beginning, not after I tell you I actually want to buy it.

I had asked about any major problems, of course he said there were none, even after telling him I was OK with any repairs as long as I didn't have to buy a new engine or transmission, nope, no problems. So I decided to go ahead and purchase it with a sneaky wire transfer. Oh yeah, did I mention how I asked him to make sure it had a full tank of gas, "No worries, everything will be taken care of"

So, get this, I had the car shipped to me, no front plate, no back plate either, he said he would take care of the registration, nope, just a bill of sale. I was able to leave the Domiciliary to do some home searches, I leave the parking lot, get to the stop sign, fine, pull up behind a car at the stop light and all of a sudden the car takes off on me, I put it in park before it hit the car in front of me.

I get on the freeway, it starts drizzling, I turn on the wipers and they're shredded, like falling off the blades. I pull into a parking lot to do something, all of a sudden the tires start spinning out of control as I'm sitting there, throw it in park again, go check out an apartment, start to leave, and guess what, that's right, car takes off again. It turns out there was some kind of valve that was broken.

So I got a car with no front plate, wipers shredded, oh yeah, and a quarter tank of gas, no registration, the brakes were bad, a couple of the tires were bad, I was able to get everything fixed for about $1,600, but that's not close to "no worries, everything will be taken care of" It's my fault, if I would have driven it beforehand, I would have never bought it.

But hey, like I said, your experience may be different.
