The overall experience has been amazing. We came in early and were able to go by the pool with no hesitation to wait for our room. They allowed us to go into our room by noon. We were so grateful since we were so tired from our journey. Also Geraldina our housekeeper is just over the top of kindness, compassion and always willing to help me in any way possible. Geraldina always greets me with a smile and wishes me a wonderful day. We have stayed in every Disney resort from the grand Floridian, Polynesian, boardwalk, yacht and beach, dolphin, swan, etc. . This Signia Hilton Bonnet Creek has been the best stay ever and will be staying here from this day forward on every vacation. This hotel is impeccable clean, and has great food options. Thank you Signia for making our stay amazing!

Great hotel for all types of travel- including kids! Outside area has a good size pool, lazy river, 2 hot tubs, and even a large twirly water slide. The restaurant by the pool was delicious! Pool side service available.

Inside hotel has a fun arcade for the kids. But also has a small market, full sized bar and 3 different restaurants (1 for breakfast & lunch, 2 for dinner).

Breakfast buffet was amazing- 100% worth it! 5 and under were free with an adult too for breakfast which is a great added bonus.

Inside the room we had a safe and small fridge to use. Just wish there was a microwave. Otherwise again beds were super comfortable, hot showers, great bath products!

I just returned from a 4 night stay at the Signia Hilton in Orlando. I would rate this hotel as average. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a good job. Service was very good when requesting anything additional needed for the room, such as extra blankets or towels. The food by the pool was good, as well as the food and service in Luce, the Italian restaurant. Bell service was quick as well as the valet. The negatives were the $60 daily valet fee and the $50 daily resort fee. Other than the pool, I would not qualify this hotel as a resort with many amenities to use. Additionally, while you pay a $50 resort fee, they seemed to be understaffed by the pool. The pool deck was littered with food containers and used towels from prior guests who did not clean up after themselves. Although they are a "Disney" hotel, they cannot assist you with issues with ticketing or smart bands. The park transportation has a schedule that is not super convenient. When we wanted to leave the park, it was an hour wait for the next bus, so we ended up getting an uber as it was only 2 miles away. For the price of the suite and the added fees, I'd probably pick a Disney Resort next time.

This is a great hotel. We have been coming here for years. The staff here is amazing and really go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.|We haven't tried the breakfast yet but the lunch at the pool is very good and really quick even on a day that the pool was packed. There was a DJ on Saturday which the kids really enjoyed while swimming.|The room was very clean and it felt like a new motel. |The bellhop was also very professional and made sure to answer any questions we had about the property. |We have stayed in 100s of Hilton Properties and this one is one of our favorites to go to.

My son will be 18 next month… Orlando is always an easy spot for a flight, but he is too old for parks and crowds…. Enter the Signia by Hilton and the Waldorf Astoria! Awesome time… great restaurants and the best exercise facility of any hotel by far. Free weights are great for my offensive lineman son who has to bench and squat daily or he is in a bad mood!! Service is excellent, beds and sheets divine and the lazy river is great! Definitely will be back!

Nice hotel with large conference space for meetings. Restaurants and staff are very nice. Rooms are large and spacious. Pool area is nice and has beautiful golf course. ||I don’t appreciate the knock at the door 45 minutes before check out (ie 10:15 am) saying I need to check out by 11. Yes I’m aware of that and still have 45 minutes. But thanks.

Wonderful stay and restaurant La Luce in on property is amazing. Was lucky enough to come here for a work function with my wife and since arriving have had a great experience. The pool area is very large and not congested and our room and the bed is spacious and comfortable.

Don’t bother staying here. Staff is dishonest and not helpful and totally incompetent.Made a reservation 2 months in advance on desired dates and was promised a Junior Suite upon booking. I was given two reservations numbers. I checked my email and saw that I was given the junior suite on the first night but then moved to a standard room for the rest of the week. The young man who made the reservation assured me I would be in the Junior suite the entire time. I was perplexed. Called the hotel and got nowhere. They Claimed they only had the junior suite for the one night. I spoke to 5 different staff members. No one would stand by the original reservation. A total bait and switch. Spend your money elsewhere- many more choices near Disney than this hotel. They advertise that they are there to please the guests and honor their requests- how about hiring competent staff that don’t lie and that don’t play the bait and switch game. That would be a start. Hilton should be ashamed. I filed a formal complaint with corporate.
