I love this store. However, today I was disappointed to learn they no longer carry 18" fringe. I make pow wow southern cloth outfits and I prefer to use the longer 18" over the 14" fringe for my arm shawls.

This forces me to have to order out of state. Sharp's in Ponca City, Ok is my next go to. This is not a problem for me, but I sure did appreciate and enjoyed the convenience of being able to purchase this product locally here in Gallup.

My family and I were shopping for a dress and this shop is nice and most of the employees were nice and helpful until one eavesdropping blast from the 80s looking rude Navajo employee comes up to me and my cousin and tells us to get out of the store for being "unprofessional" for talking about jewelry in the jewlery section. My cousin and I looked at each other in shock. That was upsetting because all the other employees were nice and helpful. I asked for her name and this vile person goes by the name of Betty. I went straight to the manager and I told him what happened and she was right behind me trying to twist some words to her advantage. This employee was only one who "unprofessional." The manager apologized to me and told me he'll deal with his employee. You shouldn't work here if you assume bad about your customers and don't eavesdrop on your customers.

I made an order this summer and wanted to fix up some items for ceremony and made sure I put in the order in time for me to complete it. I ordered essentially the same product just different colors but was sent the wrong product. The second time around I spoke with an assistant since the manager was unavailable and she was rude. Apparently in their confusion they ultimately changed my address for some reason and it was sent to the wrong address. Then they wanted me to go check around and ask multiple places which I was against but did it anyway so I could attend ceremony still no luck. A third time I spoke to them and sent them an easier more reliable address and they still sent it to the wrong place and when asked about the inconvenience and mishandling of the merchandise they said it was going to be no charge which also seemed to have fallen through on their end. They can keep the money and merchandise. Wouldn't ever buy or recommend to anyone

The girls are good work except the OLD white grandma lady she was rude and she need to retire or something. Very rude. So heads up if u get to have her get ur supplies. I rather go to the girls instead.. she made me feel uncomfortable... like she sells native jewelry she can be nicer to natives.

I've never been here until today. Customer services was awesome and appreciated. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase. I was comfortable roaming throughout the store. I walked out with great items. Also, they have flavored tobacco.

I used to love coming here for my supplies. My last two visits were not so pleasant. The white lady was rude, rushing me, told me she was getting inpatient. Talked down on the supplies I needed. The only reason I set foot in there was because the indigenous supply store I usually go to was closed and I needed supplies right away to finish a project I was working on. Oh yes.. my size 9/0 seed beads turned out to be different sizes. It’s safe to say, I won’t be stepping foot in that store again.

Great selection of beads. The staff are great & attend to customers as needed.

My only concern is the website. I am far from home so I usually depend on websites to purchase supplies & the only issue with Silver Dust’s website is it’s constantly glitching. For whatever reason this is the only website that does this. Not sure if it has happened to other customers as well but this has been constant for me. The website also does not offer/display some of the things you would get if you went in person to the store.
