I lived in a unit of the Silver Ridge Apartments for three years. I absolutely loved my time living there. This was my very first apartment that was completely my own and I am so thankful and appreciative of all Kristin and Doreen do for the residents of Silver Ridge.

They were always kind and respectful. If I was ever going to be a couple days late with rent or anything like that, they were always understanding. I also had a good rapport with everyone in my building except one unit. They both handled that situation very well and were understanding. They took care of the situation. Besides that one issue, everyone else in the building was kind and pleasant to talk to. Not only are they managing a property, but this is a customer service heavy job and they are amazing at what they do. The grounds department is also great. They were always accommodating as my cat is an insane person and I needed to be there to supervise him with anyone coming in for repairs. Also I never saw any rodent or bug friends while living here. The only issue I had was on the outside of the apartment with some spiders but that's because we're right next to the woods. Everything is maintained very well and the unit was immaculate when I moved into it.

Living on my own has been one of my favorite experiences in life and they made it better than I ever could have imagined. As long as you treat the people working here with the respect they deserve, there’s not much they won’t do to help you. The only reason I am moving out is because I am moving in with my significant other. I saw myself staying here for a very long time otherwise. I'm going to miss my little one bedroom so much!

Have been here for almost an entire year and have LOVED it! This is my first apartment on my own besides living with roommates at University, and the space is exceptional. Quietest neighbors I’ve ever had and everyone is super friendly. Maintenance office is very quick to respond and fix issues and the leasing office staff respond promptly via email (if you leave a voicemail, they’ll respond to you via email during office hours). Would highly recommend here if you are looking for a safe and affordable apartment complex!

I absolutely love my apartment! It has changed my life for the better. Management and maintenance are very friendly, and they take care of any questions/concerns. I also love that they are pet friendly, and after adopting my dog, I can say I'm happy to live with our little family here. Plus, shops, restaurants, downtown and the shore are all close by!

I lived at Silver Ridge Apartments for over 5 years. My apartment was an excellent value. Freshly painted, new kitchen, huge closets, full bath, large rooms, ceiling fan in dining/living room and air conditioner with a private balcony. Located on a quiet dead end road. It’s a safe neighborhood day and night. There’s always kids playing outside. It’s a great place for a young couple to start a family. Ten minutes from the beach. Good neighbors mostly. Great staff, they fix things expediently and I trusted them to enter my apartment to do repairs when I was at work. The grounds are kept clean and are well landscaped. All apartments are FIOS ready. I lost my job and had to break my lease to move out of state to live with family until I found a new job. They were very understanding and let me out of my lease and refunded my security deposit in full. I would highly recommend Silver Ridge Apartments as a really nice place to live.

I’ve lived at Silver Ridge for a year and I love it for the price. The apartments are spacious with big closets. All my neighbors are very friendly and look out for each other. The maintenance men are nice and say hello when they see you. I’ve never had an issue with crazy bugs just the normal ones would get in my apartment sometimes like moths and spiders. The only thing that I would say is an inconvenience is parking. Every apartment gets one assigned space but there are only about 3 blank spaces in each culdesac, so if someone has guests over and you have more than one person that has a car living with you the second person will have trouble finding parking or they have to park in the next culdesac over. But other than that I’ve had nothing but a good experience here.

Apartment is beautiful on the inside, huge for the price. Leasing office is always willing to work with you and maintence comes out less than 24 hours after you report something wrong. I just wish they were more strict on the parking. People (who don't even live in my building) don't even park in spots in my small lot and block the entrance/exit.

I lived there for 2 years, office and maintenance staff are great. Nice access to some trails for walking my dog, Very affordable apartment with wood flooring. Nice neighborhood and a short walk to downtown Toms River.
