I've been a tenant for almost 6 years at the Encinitas location. Brent has always been great with everything I need. I am a commercial Real Estate broker that is always coming in and out, so it is a perfect set up for me. He does a great job keeping it clean and nice. I bring clients into my office all the time and they seem to think it is a good spot too. It's perfect for the business person who needs a quiet place to get a lot of work done. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a small office in a great downtown Encinitas location. Close to everything.

Leased the office space in Encinitas for a few years. It was well suited for my business with a small conference room available for all tenants.
