Went here the other day on a recommendation, as im rebuilding my old gaming collection. Honestly, I quite enjoyed the shop. Put simply, they've got a good selection, but they definitely know what they have.

You may find a decent buy (got super Mario world in good condition for 18 bucks), but some things may be better found on ebay or by chance at garage sales/flea markets if you want to try and get a deal.

Not a great spot for controllers either, as they store them in drawers by console, and many are after market. The only real n64 controller i found had a damaged joystick and they wanted 30 for it. Not obscene, but you can get a used one for around 30 online without the need for pair work.

Overall, im glad the shop is there, and ill likely make it a regular stop to check for games I want!

One of the best vintage/card shops in Humboldt County, certainly around Fortuna. Nick is the real deal and knows everything about card collectibles..as an avid vintage card collector, I always hit up SOSN when I’m in town šŸ¤™šŸ¼

Better luck buying/selling for old stuff online. Not chill to charge that much for things that aren't even old, too.
