Staci is AMAZING!!! I’m literally addicted to doing hot yoga forever! Every time I leave I feel like a brand new woman it feels so good it’s good for your mind body and soul. She’s so personable and makes you feel like you are meant to be there and makes you feel so loved she’s so uplifting and just such an amazing person to be around. Every guest I have taken has loved it so much! I will forever be grateful to be able to experience this class and I highly recommend you go.

Soul Den offered a challenging hot yoga class in a clean and welcoming environment. The instructor was clear and motivating, and the heat definitely pushed me to my limits! The music and some instructor cues do have some Christian undertones, but it wasn't overwhelming and didn't detract from the overall workout experience. If you're looking for a great hot yoga workout, it's worth checking out.

Staci is absolutely amazing at what she does. I try to go a couple times a month and would go every week if I could. I feel so rejuvenated and at peace when I go to Soul Den!

Soul Den Hot Yoga has become a staple in my life and even in my family! It’s an amazing experience that will have you hooked after one session! Staci is absolutely fantastic at what she does!
