Trustworthy, very fair prices, QUALITY VEHICLES! Kristy & her husband treated us very well, were patient with our questions, were invaluable in regards to getting through the DMV & helping settle our nerves during the auto loan process. They where very respectful but slick smh . They told us the truck was good no problems but waited until where where inside the building so we couldn't here the truck needed a fly wheel. Where hard working people an people like them tricking families into buying lemons smh. I bought a 2020 Honda Civic from this lot and I have nothing, but amazing things to say about this place! (And the car!!) First off, I have known the owners for a couple years now and they are hands down the most generous and kind-hearted people you will ever meet, especially in this industry. This was my first big purchase on my own and they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service by making me feel safe and comfortable from the minute I stepped into their building to the minute I drove off the lot; they also sold me the car for a fair price and their attention-to-detail showed that my satisfaction was in their best interest and I have never felt like this anywhere else! As for the car, they were 100% transparent about the vehicle and now I enjoy every second of driving it. I'm not one to write reviews, but numerous "thank-yous" could never amount to the appreciation I have towards the owners and I highly recommend this dealership!

We drove from fresno, nearly two hours to test drive the Subaru forester 2014 only to be met with hostility. I was really looking forward to potentially buying the vehicle but after the cold welcome and the pressure to run our credit for a simple test drive we were a bit disappointed. Furthermore, after waiting about 10-15 minutes after getting a look inside we got the opportunity to test drive. We felt tension with the sales man the whole time. He lied about how long the car was posted and on the lot, or maybe he simply didn’t know. I expect a dealer with not many vehicles to know the vehicle they are trying to sell. He also was clueless as to how many previous owners the vehicle had, saying it only had one owner not even bothering to confirm his guess. We looked at the vehicle history showing it had more than two previous owners. He insisted that running our credit to test drive was because people tend to test drive for “fun” and not buy the vehicle. So we were seen as just people who we’re coming all the way from Fresno to just test drive this vehicle for fun. No everyone is for-sure going to buy a vehicle they test drove once. We explore our options. We all won’t run our credit for every car we test drive once. All in all. The type of treatment was not good. We will not be recommending this dealer for those who care about customer service and a warm welcome. The vehicle itself sounded funny and he insisted it was normal. I’ve drove another forester and other Subarus in my lifetime and no it is not normal.

We recently had purchased Audi 2010 from here and had to return the car back because just in the first week of my husband driving to work for 3 days the check engine light turns on and we fix the problem after that we started to experience more problems with the vehicle . We spoke to them about our problems with Vehicle they only offer to help with $200 we spend $600 just for the check engine light..the worst part was after returning the vehicle they took $1600 from our down payment we were upset on their page it quotes "Our mission is to provide the best customer service" that was never satisfied with us. After all of these we found a BETTER Dealer place where they offer us 30 days warranty free no cost at Super Cars Sale, Inc.

I bought a Mercury Mariner there in August. As soon as I got it it started smelling like gas inside the car. I took it back right away. First they told me it was As Is. then when I pressed them saying don’t you stand behind your cars they agreed to look at it. They had my car 3 days. Then told me they changed a purge valve. When I picked it up it still had the same problem. Last week just 3 months down the toad it started having all kinds of problems. All kinds of messages and check engine lights. Had to take it to a dealer because my normal shop said it was more than they could fix. Dealer wanted $1700 just to open it up. Not to fix it. Long story short I had to sell it for junk for $1000! I’m out 5 grand! The dealer also told me more than likely it had these problems when I bought it, something about a stretched timing belt. I am only writing this to help others not end up like me. Please do not buy a car from this lot!!!
