My 8 year old son loves this place, the owners are so nice. This place offers lot of stuff like parkour, ninja training, trampoline and boxing etc.
Their summer and winter camps are awesome. The coaches are great and friendly.

This is an awesome place for kids!! They learn so much while having a blast and wanting to come back for more. This is a great way to keep your kids active and healthy while having fun!!
The facility is well maintained, clean and organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend checking it out. You can always feel good about bringing your kids here!!

My daughter has been coming to SPF for about a year. We have had nothing but positive experiences with the coaches and staff. We have never had issues with billing or flexibility setting up make up classes. The class sizes are small which allows the kids to get individualized attention and to make friends. The coaches are very patient and always maintain a professional approach. Especially with children who need a little more direction or attention. I have seen my shy little introvert come out of her shell. Highly recommend.

This place is AMAZING! My 12yr old son has not missed a Nerf Night in almost a year as his entire calendar month revolves around this event! The staff is actively involved in the activities which keeps the kids safe and engaged. I am so grateful we found SPF in that it is a well equipped place where kids can just be kids while surrounded by a supportive and energetic team of employees! They are like family and gets to know and interacts with the kids! I love that when we leave an event from SPF, my son is sweaty, exhausted and happy! I’m so thankful for all of the effort and energy put into our kids! Thank you.

I absolutely love this place. We have had such a great experience here. My son has never liked sports and so he was willing to try parkour he had a great time. Fast forward a couple years he's willing to try boxing and loves it!! The instruction he gets is top notch and staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are fantastic about make up classes and I appreciate that so much.

My son has been going to SPF for parkour classes for a year and a half or so now. He loves it and I love that he is active. Parkour was a good compromise for us since it doesn’t require the discipline of martial arts or the team engagement of most sports. The staff is great and the coaches are great with each kid. Coach Ed particularly has spent some time with my son and it’s made a huge difference in his attitude and motivation. We also like the events, especially Nerf Nights.

I started taking Adult Tumbling a little over a month ago. I absolutely love it and look forward to it every week! I have participated with coach Bruno & coach Sophia and they are both very knowledgeable, helpful, and both lead a very fun class! I get an awesome workout in every week and have improved immensely in just a short amount of time. I also joined a couple more classes every week, in boxing, which is a super fun but VERY INTENSE cardio workout! If you're thinking about trying SPF for any of their varied classes or camps, I highly recommend them! I come by myself and have felt very welcomed by all the staff and all the people that attend the classes.
