Walked in to have 20x30 prints made at around 11am. The store is very busy in the printing section, but Misty was doing a great job managing the flow of customers. Very nice and got me in and out quickly. Management, please give her the kudos she deserves! Will return here for all of my printing needs.

Alex, the store manager, refused to price match my item because he claimed it had to be from a “local store around here” in order to qualify for a price match. I’ve never heard such a thing, nor is it mentioned in their policy. When I asked him to point it out in the policy, he refused. Even when I showed him what the actual policy says, he still denied my request. His response was, “Oh, I don’t know, that’s what I was told to say.” I didn’t want to hurt your ego, Alex, but as a manager, it’s important to know your store’s policies. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here—if this is how they handle price matches, I can only imagine how their return policy works. It feels like you’re at the mercy of their egos.

I went to Staples because I had a problem with hp Instant Ink. They have an employee who is very familiar with that program. I had to buy my own ink to get my printer to print again. He was very, very helpful. The original ink they sent me wouldn't work because I did not enroll in that program. Staples was great.

Every time I come I leave with a smile and get the best help! Gus is one associate that currently comes to mind but there are other great ones too. One lady and guy in the printing area are fabulous at their job. One of the ladies at the check out counter has even given me a good restaurant recommendation! I always have a good experience at this Staples! Thank you so much!

Price go up so much. Please keep the price affordable so students, teachers and their families can continue to shop here (reasonable and match to online price is highly recommended). LOVE the Back To School SALE Promotion. Cashier needs to be more courteous and pay more attention to customer's items ( if customers in a hurry and forget their PAID items on the counter, Cashier need to ALERT Customers ASAP so they don't have to come back for their missing paid item, etc...). It will SAVE both party Headache and Customers will appreciate more as well as coming back for more shopping in the future.

As a business owner, I frequently need help with my printing, business cards cutting, flyers printing etc. They are always busy enough not to help me. The worst Staple store ever . They always Change employees and hire the worst ones.😡

This place is clean always will stocked and the customer service is outstanding last week I had an issue with my printer and one of the staples associates (Gerardo) I believe went above and beyond to help me thank a lot kid I appreciate you you made this experience so much easier. I will definitely be returning here for all my office supplies needs
