Visited on a Sunday to explore.

There is sufficient street parking, the grounds are well maintained and admission is priced fairly, under 25.00 for family of 5.

We enjoyed the artifacts and learning about the Native American populations that call the region home.

Tourist white lady barged in with her unleashed dog and could be heard from the back of the museum. Staff did nothing. Then Emma, the museums Curator, walked around talking loud w a colleague. Seemed she was having a meeting while visitors were trying to appreciate the exhibits. This is a sacred place for some visitors, treat it as such.

We decided to check this place out while we were driving to a restaurant. Upon check in it was beautiful and very organized. It was $5 for adults which isn’t expensive. There were pictures and little summaries which helped me a lot since I’m a visual learner. We met Al who told us his experience and learning his native roots. He also answered our questions with no judgement and even showed examples or little personal stories. He was very informative! It was a great time speaking to him and getting to learn more about native history. 10/10 will definitely be back to relearn !

Part of our interesting, local history. The museum is small and currently $5 per adult and $3 per youth.

This is a good museum - it's a bit outdated and needs a refresh, but I get that they're moving to a new site eventually. The staff are wonderful.
