Staybridge Suites Anchorage, an IHG Hotel

The room was great and exceeded my expectations, a great size and clean. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The shower was spacious and offered shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was lovely and had everything you could need, dishes, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, you name it! Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food and drinks for everyone. The staff working the breakfast area was great also, always restocking everything and bringing out more food and keeping the area clean. The staff working the front desk were amazing as well. They would always happily greet you when leaving and returning, especially John! John was such a joy to see every time at the front desk and always with an infectious smile and great attitude, he's amazing! The shuttle service to and from the airport was so helpful and great that they offer that. Also loved that they have free laundry room available 24/7! They also have social hour in the lobby Mon-Wed 5:30-7:30 with wine, beer and finger food. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi (didn't use this time but next time for sure) and a small gym. Overall loved my stay here and would return!

The rooms are nice and spacious, the breakfast has a good variety so anyone can find something to eat and drink. The front desk personnel has been extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week so it’s nice that there’s free laundry machines in the hotel. The location is close to everything you need and the rooms are very clean.

I stayed at the hotel for 20 days, and the service was outstanding. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, but I especially want to commend Silvia. She was always energetic and full of humor, and she went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Silvia took the time and effort to help my wife arrange a surprise gift and beautifully decorated my room. This thoughtful gesture truly made my day. Thank you, Silvia, and the entire staff, for making my stay memorable

Very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. In the front desk, Pa, Silvie, or John are always ready to help. They offer the best Happy in hour for free. Really recommend it

Check in was a hassle, and the front desk could have absolutely cared less. Breakfast seemed to always be out of items when I went down. The front desk put me on a wait list for extending a couple of days (W & Th). They were able to extend me, which saved me from transferring hotels. What they failed to disclose was that my rate was going to be over 2x what it had been for other weekday nights. When I asked about this, I was told that they should have told me but then got a shrug of the shoulders. The TV had lines through it, and the front desk staff did nothing. There wasn’t a full set of 4 each of dining dishes and silverware. Overall it was okay, but I would look elsewhere. The customer service is definitely lacking!

Absolutely loved staying here! Room was clean, breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had, and the staff were very friendly. My husband is working around here and we will continue to rebook here! Also the view out of our room was an added bonus ❤️

Positive: Very nice hotel. Your 3rd shift worker, she was amazing and soooo very nice! Negative: Yes! We we fixed coffee and poured milk into it it would make coffee colder and not hot. No option for hot milk/microwave in breakfast area. asked person in charge Kent if he assit he got loud in front other patrons which was very unprofessional.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Has a indoor pool and hot tub. Very nice breakfast spread as well. They also have a social hour with beer, wine, and snacks Mon-Wed. Expect to go pick up new towels though since they repeatedly didn't come in when they said they would.
