We booked this hotel because we were running away from the Eaton fire smokes and ashes. I am immuno compromised and I have severe asthma. I can’t eat out so I needed a room with a kitchen. That day we were planning to go to Temecula but they had no power or water. I was exhausted and ended up in Carlsbad. Let me tell you, this place is heaven. Is in the cutest neighborhood (bressi ranch) and 3 minutes walk from parks and stores such sprouts etc. the room was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The hotel has a fitness center and a free guest laundry. There is a pool and hot tub. I was able to work from the room with free WiFi. We stayed 8 nights because we wanted to make sure the worst was gone before going back to LA area. The room was beautiful the long bed I slept so good I was able to rest and stay healthy during a stressful situation. The staff was amazing they welcomed us and everyone was so helpful and compassionate! Thank you for keeping us safe!

We loved staying at this hotel. Parking is free and plentiful. The hotel is modern, clean and has a large pool and outdoor area - perfect for families. It is very close to Legoland. Trader Joe's, coffee shops and restaurants are just down the street. The front desk was very welcoming. The hotel room is spotless, the beds are so comfy! We loved the full kitchen. Having a full size fridge and a microwave made it so easy to heat up our meals from Trader Joe's. The breakfast buffet is standard - waffles, eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, and continental breakfast. The food came out hot and the sweet ladies were working non stop to replenish. Coffee was hot so no complaints! We didn't have any issues during our stay. This hotel will be our first choice when coming back!

Best hotel bed I have slept in in many years. My only specific draw back was the fridge functionality. I chose to resolve on my own by going out for ice rather than contacting the desk to see if I could at least have ice brought to me. My decision not their lack of assistance. I did report it as I left. The rest of the experience was ideal for my wife and I.

My girlfriend and I really needed a quick getaway just to recoup after a rough start to the year. While searching on hotels . Com I came across this hotel and was excited to see the small kitchen area and I was sold! I know you should choose a room on more than just this but it was a huge selling point for me. To my joyful surprise the room was just perfect and the small kitchen area was simply the cherry on top!

I stayed here for a few nights while visiting family in the area. I found the amount of space in the top floor suite to be more than adequate! The kitchen area was huge with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker. There was a desk for working, a couch and large TV to hang out at. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting was nice too. The bathroom was a good size to get ready each morning and it had a very nice walk-in shower with good water pressure. There was an iron and ironing board and space to store my clothes. I had nice views overlooking the courtyard area which included a pool or two, barbecue pits, and areas for families to hang out outside.

The breakfast had a very good selection, including a make your own waffle area. And there was a small family lounge downstairs as well and a few computers if anyone needed to check into their flights online. I think the value and location of this place is really good and I can highly recommend it. 👌🏼

Great location for our needs. Parking was plentiful and free. Room was clean and big. Since it was a suite we had 1 br with 2 beds, a kitchen (no oven) with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, a coffee maker.|It shares recreational space of putting green, archery and basketball court maybe the pool too with the holiday Inn in front of it but none of those were crowded. |All employees we interacted with were so friendly! |M-w the lobby hosts a little social hour with small bites and cocktails (wine and beer)|Please tip them|I hope next time we return we will have another good experience here. Nevis we will return.

Wasn't really near anything, but a nice quiet, clean hotel. They offer complimentary breakfast & M-W they offer complimentary "wine-down" (forgot actual name) but they offer wine & cheeses etc. I didn't take any pictures of the room. But I did take a picture on my walk.

My partner and I recently had the most incredible vacation at Staybridge Suites Carlsbad, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations.
