Staybridge Suites Phoenix

I will forever be making this my go-to hotel when in the Phoenix area. The service was amazing, the breakfast delicious, and it was very clean. I’ve never had such quiet rooms! Also, I lost my wallet and called asking for help. Samuel at the front desk went above and beyond and went to check our room. He found it in the trash! Exceptional service! Thank you for making this an enjoyable trip for a family with 4 kids! Little side note: In our room, #439, the shower drain was a bit clogged and the shower faucet was leaking. But still was a great experience!

Excellent experience. We had a late evening event and wanted to visit a pumpkin patch the next morning so didn't want to return to Casa Grande for sleeping. This place was reasonably priced, clean, and accommodating. The staff was friendly, not just in person, but also when I called with a couple special requests. Room was roomy and needs very comfortable. Nice assortment of pillows on each bed. We will be back!

Oh my God we are here now and can't wait to leave. Do not believe the pictures on the website. The table in the living area looks like they bought it at a garage sale for a buck. One of the chairs needs to be trashed. The bed on one of the rooms is about to collapse. My husband talked to the general manager and he asked if we wanted a different room. He came to the room and I said yes. He called the lobby and said we did we did want a nicer room and he was told they were sold out. He out well the parking lot is empty. Who the hell is the owner of this place? We paid 372 for this suite and it's not worth it. I bet Motel 6 is better than this place. We will never be back and I suggest you do not stay here.

The staff are friendly. Dashawn made some jokes about some tougher issues with international travellers which made the check-in a little easier, every time we had any concerns we could just go down to the front desk and ask and they were more than willing to help us with anything. We didn’t ask for room service the entire time we were there as we are clean people and didn’t really want a bunch people in our room so we’re fine with that but the entire time everybody was more than accommodating. The building is very clean. The breakfasts are very full and hearty with many options to choose from on a daily basis. Every morning we had our breakfast out by the pool Leo (pool guy/maintenance) would come to talk to us and is super friendly. We were international travellers and so we had a hotel changeover from one area of Arizona to the other. They allowed us to stay in there till after 2 o’clock in the afternoon as our check in at the other one was it till later in the day. They even offered to hold our luggage for us. All around Fast, efficient service. We will definitely stay there again should we ever be in the area. Very centrally located with a Walmart blocks away, Olive Garden and many other restaurants, there’s a Wells Fargo bank down the street among many other food options. The hotel is in a really good location to be within walking distance distance to many different amenities to allow yourself flexibility to not have to drive everywhere. The pool|Area is handy to hang out in and allows you to bbq meals.

Our initial room did not have functional air conditioning. The front desk crew did a great job finding us a room quickly that had working AC. ( It was close to 110 in the Phoenix area that weekend)

Stayed 1 night for a concert in the area. Nice room with good complimentary breakfast. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out there was also free tacos and beverages including draft beers. It was a great start before heading to the concert. Plus the staff was nice and friendly. Crystal was very helpful and had such a great personality. Thanks Crystal !

Stayed here for my sisters graduation. No service was given for our 5 day stay even after requested TWICE. The older lady with short black hair said it would get cleaned, and it didn’t. My father requested it again with the male at the front desk, once again, nothing since they had left for the day according to him. At check out the young lady offered us points and was nice but the same lady we had requested service with came and interrupted her and tried dismissing my fathers complaint. Our stay would have been fine if it wasn’t for that issue.

Staff were great. Location was perfect for where we wanted to be. The hotel itself is decent. Could use a face-lift and new carpet. The only problem with this place is the dogs. And the dog owners. Many of whom have no idea how to control or manage their animals. Barking during the day and night. From what we could tell, pets are allowed in every room, there is no separation. If you are okay with dogs in your hotel room then you won't mind staying here. We asked for, and were given a different room after check-in because the initial room smelled like a kennel. For the record, I like dogs, I just don't want someone else's dog smell, hair, or anything else in my hotel room.
